Great device! Very soothing for my dry eyes. I was nervous about the heat, but it’s not too hot and the mist is so fine it doesn’t blast on your eye and run everywhere.

Wonderful little gadget to help with dry eyes. I had cataract surgery, which brings on dry eye big time! Artificial tears are expensive, and I must use them at least 6 times a day...I saw this gadget and ordered it. It works 80% of the time instantly, but the other 20% of the time, I have to fiddle with the buttons until the steam comes out. This is OK for me, because now I can't do without it.Today I had a follow up visit with my eye surgeon and showed it to him. He had never heard of this, and was most impressed. He asked his nurse to look this item up and order one for him. I hope he recommends it to other patients.As we age and have to have cataract surgery, this gadget is a must, so I will widely recommend it.It is small, and you can carry it in your pocket because it does not leak. I may even buy a second one to have around the house and in the car.

I loved this thing at first. It worked very well and did a great job at relieving my itchy eyes but unfortunately, it stopped misting after I put in a couple of very diluted eyedrops with saline. I’m not saying don’t buy it, but if you do, maybe don’t add any eye drops, just saline, and you should be fine. I’d be willing to give it another chance.

I use distilled water as recommended. Occasionally it stops misting and you need to shake it or blow in it to get it going again, but it's not a big deal at all.I thought this would immediately resolve my allergy related dry eyes, but for how damn your whole eye gets it's somehow no replacement to drops. My eye can still somehow feel dry when there is water streaming down from under the cup.This DEFINITELY helps, but it's not as helpful as I had hoped. Definitely worth the money.The warming feature is great!

Wife found the product to be very helpful for her dry eye condition, unfortunately it began working intermittently then not at all by the 2nd week. Reached out to the seller with no response.Unit would not turn on as far as producing moist vapor but the heat side would turn on. Very frustrating, I ordered a 2nd one only because I thought the first one may have had a random defect and because it helped my wife and she was leaving on a short trip to visit a sick relative.Very disappointed on the zero response from seller and if not for my wife I would not have ordered a 2nd one. Great item...when it works. Would not have written the poor review if the seller had responded and will be returning the first one I ordered. Hopefully the new one will not have the same issue. The positive reviews is why I went with this product initially but now I wonder how accurate the reviews were.Update, 2nd machine worked great...for now. so I changed the rating from a 2 to a 5. Wife is happy and as you may know, "Happy wife, happy life" , also, nothing rhymes with husband. :) Anyhow, 2nd machine is working fine so I have to give seller benefit of the doubt. Hopefully the first malfunctioning machine was an isolated incident.Still have not heard from seller and had to purchase 2 machines to get 1 that works as advertised.

I love using it to refresh my eyes.

The first two weeks it was great, though it didn’t hold a charge for more than one use. No problem I’ll charge it every time. Week three the mister stopped working.
