Five Star - 6022b_ - Star San - 32 Ounce - High Foaming Sanitizer-32 oz

Holy wow!! First off, this is an AMAZING product. If you are looking around for sanitizers, this is the one to get. In particular I was looking for a sanitizer for my ice machine. Sanitizing is the second step you should never forget with cleaning. If you own an ice machine, this is great stuff and it will protect you until the next cleaning cycle. Don’t let the size of the bottle itself fool you. This is crazy concentrated stuff. You MUST dilute it, that’s what the other cap on the other side is for. My ice machine makes 100lb per day of ice and it only required 1 teaspoon (yes!) of this stuff added to the water reservoir. You have to add it when water is already in there and the machine is off, only then do you start the cleaning cycle. I love how this cleaner isn’t so cost prohibitive. It foams like crazy and the sanitizer performs very well. If you own an ice machine you will need to run the cleaning cycle at least 3 times. At least I did in order to get the foam down and it’s pristine now. Throw out the first 2 batches of ice when it’s done. I hope this helps someone. Don’t forget, it’s a great product, foams a LOT and make sure you sure you use the right amount of solution. You’ve got a customer for life now.

デカい容器で漬け物をすることが多いのですが、殺菌作業がネックでした。 でもこれを使えばそんな手間なく仕込み器具類含め殺菌できます。 ちょっと濃いですが、浄水1Lにこれを2mlを良く溶かして噴霧器などに入れて使ってます。シュッシュして1分ほど置くだけ。水で流す必要無し(むしろ流してはダメ)。もちろん味や体に影響はありません。 生きてるうちに使い切れるかな...
