Elderly female aged 77 years. I bought this hosepipe online and the rubber discs that came with it, I can't insert them into the end of the hose. The small booklet of directions doesn't provide enough detail on how to fit these rubber discs. The brass fittings provided won't go onto my tap. See the picture above, I've got this tap connection in plastic Universal fitting, but the brass piece at the end of the hose, won't lock onto this tap connection. Two days and I still can't use my new hosepipe. Very disappointed.

I just needed a house for light occasional use and this has been perfect.It’s lightweight. I’ve had no leakage. Fitted to a new outside tap and connection to that is perfect. For my needs, the length is what I need.Comes with tape adapters, plastic hanging hook which I’m yet to put up but will do.I probably will keep in the shed for winter rather then outside as it is now.Cant comment on regular/daily use and that’s but what I use it for. But for my needs, I would definitely recommend.

Has been purchased to replace older style hose. One water is flowing the hose length is amazing reaches was further than expected. Then reduces to a mangle really good manageable storage
