This product delivers! Call my HVAC expert brother and this was one of two he recommended, but mostly this one. Its was really a great solution for my daughter's room She's lived in Colorado for years and moving back to Texas to help with her dad was a huge climate challenge. She was very thankful for the "gift" and we were thankful not to spend more $$ than needed thinking it would make the purchase better! Her room is small: 11x11, so just know that I'm not suggesting this size for a large space.Value for money:My brother was right: excellent product for the $$

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this AC is the best. I live in a duplex and bought this AC to replace a large portable unit. This AC is modern looking, very quiet, and cooled off the entire first floor of the house. I’ll definitely be buying a second unit for the upstairs. Well worth the money!

Great air conditioner. Quiet and efficient. Setting up the WiFi to connect to the ac was a pain. The owners manual doesn’t cover how to pair the ac with voice control (Alexa). I had to download TLC home app. And it’s not picked up as an air conditioner, it’s recognized by TLC home app as a “thermostat” again surprise - surprise. Then in the Alexa app you have to enable the “TLC assistant” skill. Alexa will then recognize the AC as a “thermostat “ as well. An hour and a half later everything is working correctly and Alexa can control the ac.

I bought 3 of these units and currently am planning to return at least one of them. It has a condensation issue, literally has water misting out of the vent constantly. There is water looking on the vent as well.I also cannot for the life of me get this connected to the wifi. It fails every time I try. Which is one of the main reasons I bought it.Another annoyance - the auto mode is terrible. I can't turn it down below 73° and it also never shuts off the motor, even if I have eco mode on. So I set it to cool to have it between 70-72 and it runs continuously. My house is an ice castle and ends up being like 67-68, which is great, but the unit should shut off to save energy...like a normal AC with a thermostat.I'm considering returning all three with all of these issues, just really disappointed in this purchase.

Looooove my AC unit, my studio is 350 sqft and it cools down in like 40 minutes from being in the 80s. It’s not completely quiet but it works as white noise for me, but it’s not crazy loud. I love that I can turn it on and off with my Alexa, and I can program it so it turns on 30 minutes before I arrive home from work.

It works, but it is so loud.it was easy to set up. It’s programmable and you can use its own separate physical remote or you can download the app and you can use Alexa to adjust the temperature and turn it on and off. I would totally love it, but it’s so awful. I’m sure my neighbors all hate me the same way they hate that one guy during a power outage who runs his generator all night.. it cycles on and off all night to keep the temperature consistent and it’s so loud. It wakes me up when it fires up. When I turned it off, it makes this shuddering death rattle. Im a senior who lives alone and I haul this thing upstairs and installed it myself so I’m hesitant to try to box it back up and get it down to my car toReturn it because it’s so heavy I wish I’d gotten one of those standalone units that stays inside your house or better yet a mini split I can’t believe how loud this this AC is.

Quiet, very good at cooling, recommend highly

I have two of these units, both are 10,000BTU. Firs, people say these are quiet? They are rated at 55db, and that is not quiet. It sounds like there is gravel in the fan shaft. It is loud, not quiet. Second, it seems there is no way to connect to wifi, and I have tried every approach possible. Third, no idea what the controls do because they aren't consistent. Just keeping pressing different buttons until it starts cooling. Once working it does cool.
