The shuffler works great and is easy to use! I use it mostly for playing Five Crowns with usually five or six people. It shuffles the equivalent of two decks of cards flawlessly. It's very compact and runs quietly when dealing cards.We use the top of the unit for discards, and they do not fall off while the machine deals cards to various players. Since only four remotes came with the unit, I ordered an additional set of 4 so each player could have his/her own. Two of my player friends have Parkinsons, so shuffling and dealing are problematic for them. This purchase is wonderful for them and me!

WOW!!! This shuffler and dealer is fabulous. My husband has a hard time shuffling cards so he normally avoids card games. We ordered this 2 in 1 Card Shuffler and Dealer so he can enjoy the card games more. This item shuffles and deals quickly and silently. Easy set up. Rechargeable. No batteries required. Definitely a "game" changer. I do recommend this item.

We purchased this dealer/shuffler combo machine after using it at a friend's house. It's a game-changer for game night! The machine shuffles and deals cards quickly and smoothly. It is a little sensitive to older decks of cards, but with new decks it works perfectly! We love it and will recommend it to all our card-game-playing friends!

The idea sounds great. Multiple settings pre-programmed (UNO, BlackJack, Texas Hold'em, etc..)The issue came after our first game of blackjack. We wanted to keep the dealer at his position.Whatever player the last draw is where the unit would start dealing next round, which is ok. But then the "buttons" assigned to player would shift their position by so many seats. So when player 1 would push the his button to draw a card, player 3 would get a card. I spoke with the manufacturer who requested my order number in order to send me a PDF Version of the documentation. Unhappy with this product, and returned it as the firmware clearly needs some bug fixes.

This thing is perfect for playing texas hold'em and other card games with a bunch of players. Really speeds up the game time allowing for more hands to be played. Only downfall is the steep price but over all is a great product that functions well every time.

Absolutely love this machine! So helpful for card games. Works as described. Worth the money to me.

I like this product so much it’s tough to note any problems…so let’s call this a wishlist. First, more capacity…if you are playing with more than 4 players then typically it may involve more than two decks of cards (4 deck capacity would be perfect). Next, noting the previous comment, more than 4 people require more than 4 buttons. Passing the buttons around doesn’t work as well as you would think. Though after playing and then searching Amazon there’s the ability to buy 4 more buttons (this must be recent as I didn’t notice that when initially buying this). Overall, the shuffler/dealer functions work great! Very quiet, various settings for how far the dealer can send the cards, quicker than manually dealing, options for popular games as well as entering your own setting, and extremely simple to use.

The media could not be loaded. This card dealer is so cool. I wish I bought it years ago. Not only is it convenient, but it also keeps from wearing out my card games by manually shuffling and bending cards. The shuffler portion is quiet, and it doesn't jam like the cheaper ones. I used it on 2 decks simultaneously, and it works wonder. Totally recommend. The build quality is super refined as well. You can set it to deal up to 6 hands, and we have used it to customize cards per hand. There are also pre-set options for standard poker hand.It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it.
