Great mat for exercising and stretching!
This yoga mat is great for people big , small, wide, and thin. A good amount of space to do exercises/stretches that require you to lay down. If you have pets make sure you keep this out of reach as they will chew at it, including cats. My feet would hurt because of the pressure of the ground. but now that I have this mat, I can jump and jog and have a surface that is great at taking in impact. Honestly worth the money, cheaper and good option. Quality is quite decent, would recommend for those who want to get moving at home.

Great mat. Lays flat, huge so can do all exercises comfortably.

Great mat
Rolls out flat. Comfy to use. Covers a large space. Been great for pushups, ab workouts etc. Would buy again. This is better than those tiny yoga mats in my estimation. I don't move mine around, it stays in the same place but if you move yours it does roll up pretty easily as well.

Really nice mat but do check the size before ordering, looks massive on the picture. However great product.

Perfect matt!
I got two of them to protect the floor at home, when I exercise, especially using weights and bar, or work with my clients.Big, thick, not sliding, just perfect.Highly recommend.
