Can I use bags made by other brands?

Sure! You can use any bags that fit the dispenser. The standard roll of dog poop bags would fit because they are small so you can actually put many of them at the same time. The space inside the dispenser is quite big. You can even put trash bags or toilet paper but the issue is that you should start taking the bags or toilet paper from the center of the roll, not from the outside if the roll is too big to roll easily.

Where can I purchase refill rolls?

Hello, The refill rolls will be available for purchase by the end of this year, 2017. They are currently in production. The package of refill rolls would be 2 rolls in 1 pack, total of 400 bags. This dispenser is a permanent item and you just replace the roll every time one roll is finished.

Where can i buy a refill roll specifically for this product?

Hello! Thanks for your inquiry. We will have a few refill rolls available for purchase within a week from now. However we are not planning to produce more refill rolls since most of the customers who own the dispenser want to use standard small size rolls. The small size rolls can work nicely and you can even keep many rolls altogether like a storage.

What is the largest cylinder that will fit in this holder? How big a roll do I need to keep it from getting pulled out the opening so it dispenses ok?

Hello, The space for roll is 4.5" x 4.5". This means you can put any roll sized 4.5" x 4.5" or less. Our roll of bags is 3" x 3" and it can easily roll in the dispenser when pulled but a larger size roll wouldn't roll very well due to lack of space when pulled if you pull the bag from the end of roll. Therefore we suggest customers to pull the first bag from the center. When the bag in the center gets pulled out first and continue to take bags from the center it doesn't need to roll when bags are pulled. If it is a toilet paper on roll then we suggest you to remove the paper core in the center and start pulling the paper from the center because it is impossible to pull from the end of the paper that is outside.
