This is a solid, medium weight tool for crimping flip caps and rubber stoppers in medication vials. The covered handles makes it much easier on small hands to grip. This has worked well for me. As such, I can recommend this item.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this crimper, and it worked just fine initially, but it no longer functions properly. I have tightened it as much as possible, but it doesn't secure a tight enough grip to seal the vials. I wish I could return it.

Worst quality of vial caps on the market! I have never seen a paper thickness aluminum vial cap crimp! Save your money.

After I read all the reviews I was worried about purchasing it, but I need it for my project. I use it every single day and doesn't give me any problems.

This vial cap crimper is easy to use. the rubber stoppers pop into the glass vials smoothly. then the metal ring and plastic cap assembly fit on easily. the crimper evenly applies pressure and seals the lid in place. we use this for all of our simulation medications.

Crimper doesn’t even complete 50 bottles before it broke. This is the second crimper I’ve been through in the last three weeks, and I can’t even crimp 100 bottles !! I’ve been through too crimpers and less than 3 to 4 weeks and having completed 100 bar no good I would never ever write nothing negative. If it doesn’t deserve it my business is crimping bottles and I will not buy this crimper ever again it’s fit me twice what hasn’t even completed 100 bottles
