This mayo seemed to be right up my alley. I’ve used it twice. It has an overwhelming taste of basil, whether basil is in it or not, I don’t know. I am someone who doesn’t like to waste anything, but this has been in my refrigerator for a year. I can’t even force myself to use it. The worst condiment I have ever tasted.

Very tasty baked on chicken breast, pork chops, or pork loin. Wish it was more cost effective.

i've used this with various items, especially chicken, to make lovely salads. The Italian seasoning makes it scrumptious. It is not 'low fat', and therefore has a low carb count. It has a thick enough texture that one does not have to use much at a time, and has lovely flavour.
