My husband and I are empty nesters so we use these to correct each other in the house. If he places dishes in the sink after I’ve done the dishes already I will throw the dice in front of him, this works both ways for anything around the house….so much fun

This was part a gift we got for a Service Member for his birthday from our office. He oversees PT sessions, and he also just enjoys working out. This is a fun way to mix it up. He really liked it.

It’s a great way to workout when you don’t have a routine. I bought these for my son who is 7 but loves to workout. He loves them. They are made from foam. With that being said, don’t let your dog around them. We have to order another set.

Great gift for the fitness enthusiast or someone who is looking for motivation to switch up their exercise routine. This is also a good gift for people who have everything. We bought these for my daughter’s Girl Scout gift exchange. Then bought another set for my daughter. She uses these several times a week.

Although it’s difficult for my 4 and 6 yo boys to do ALl of these, they still have fun rolling them and doing the best they can

The media could not be loaded.  Of all the things that should be shipped in an actual Amazon box, this was one. Instead, it came in a manila pack & you can see the item’s box is torn & bent. One of the die is damaged as you’ll see in the beginning of the video. The dice themselves, overall, are cute & will be a nice add-on but since I was giving as a gift, I will use my own box.

Soy profesor de Educación Física (en inglés) y, entre otros contenidos, trabajo la condición física de los alumnos, aspecto fundamental para su desarrollo físico y motriz.El caso es que me gusta realizar trabajo motivador en en aula, por lo que suelo buscar bibliografía y trabajo diferente en las redes, para alejarme un poco de lo habitual y dar algo diferente al alumnado.En este sentido y casando perfectamente con lo que buscaba, encontré estos dados originales y relacionados con la práctica de ejercicio físico. Adquirí 4 conjuntos en total y, junto a un tablero de juego adaptado a este tipo de trabajo, he conseguido realizar actividades muy originales para mis chicos. Ellos utilizan los dados para jugar en dicho tablero en situaciones especiales y están encantados, ofreciendo diferentes opciones :- Ejercicios variados : cada dado ofrece algo diferente, ya sean ejercicios tipo squats o jumping jacks, así como diversas opciones de tiempo y repeticiones según lo que te salga en los dados.- Material: Otro aspecto que me ha gustado es el material, dado que es de tipo espuma pero más duro de lo que parece, permitiendo lanzarlo a cualquier sitio sin miedo a que alguien se haga daño, pero al mismo tiempo tiene gran resistencia, por lo que te durarán bastante tiempo.En definitiva, si buscáis dados originales para la práctica de ejercicio físico o si sois docentes de educacion física y queréis darle un nuevo enfoque a alguna de vuestras sesiones de juego, este conjunto de dados es una opción fabulosa.

I brought these as part of a fitness Christmas gift set for my sister. These are used with her outdoor fitness class and they love it! Great bit of fun and gets everyone involved. Also good for exercising in your garden and stuck with what exercises to do!
