Great service and quality
Five out of five! The service was great and responded immediately as they helped to track down the water-bottle I have as my lid was broken and they ordered it right away. Not only that but I have had this water-bottle for 4 months now and it has been great with a large capacity for water and keeps it so cold that the ice is there for days. They have found a lifetime customer as their quality in their product and service goes beyond expectations.

Larger than you think!! But awesome!!!
This is very large but does its job. My son uses it for baseball games. The ice stays frozen for days even when forgotten in a hot car. Awesome water jug- large capacity- and most of all keeps the water cold which is the only way to drink water!!! Love it best water jug out there with this capacity and believe me I’ve tried them all!!!

Great water bottle
I was having a hard time keeping myself hydrated until I got this. Now I just fill it up once a day and I'm great. It's high quality, easy to clean, and I love that it has the option for a spout or straw. I took off one star just because it doesn't travel great. When I'm using the straw and I change elevation the water fountains up out of the star when I first open the cap. I've soaked myself pretty good a few times. But for just around the house it's perfect!

Husband loves this. Easy to clean all parts come apart. Holds a gallon. Doesn’t leak when lid is on. Easy to drink out of with straw
