Goes together well. The size is about half scale, but I'm not entirely sure. It looks great when all built and decorated. I put real dollhouse shingles on it which makes it look even better. I am happy with it.

Can’t be beat for the price. It’s a good base to start. I added a lot to it, but it was fun. The scale is 1:24 which can be a pain to find things that fit and look realistic which is very important to me, but I got creative with things. I also special ordered a lot of things and am still waiting for my bedroom furniture, lighting, and other accessories. I made it for my little cousin and I think she will love it when it’s finally done. It was a good winter project and now I reallywant to make a 1:12 scale that looks more realistic. The house takes a few minutes to assemble and then the rest is really up to your own imagination.

This was 19.99 at the time of my purchase and review, which I feel like is a good price for this item. I had a lot of fun putting this together. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. If you’re like me, first checking this house out you’d be wondering if it’s a good size for Sylvanians. The answer is mostly. The upstairs doorway is too small for adults to get through. The bottom however is fine. The hole at the top of the stair to get to another floor is too small for adults to fit through. However I didn’t like the hole placement since it’s in front of the doorway, so I saved the hole piece that was punched out to seal the hole soon and I’ll just have the stairs set outside. All in all though this house is very cute and I’ll have lots of fun decorating it.

Cute when it gets together but VERY difficult to assemble! I still think it's a good value for the money but not fun to build.

My granddaughter , 10 loved building this house. It's a great start house. Would recommend painting the pieces before putting together. My granddaughter was too excited to build so she painted it afterwards. She really enjoyed this. Also, got her the furniture kit to go with it. A great product at a great price. Get a couple to keep on hand for birthday gifts. It's unique and gets away from all the tech stuff!

Laser cut items are not for the professional miniaturist. But great for the beginner. I think it could be adapted and fine-tuned by the creative creator.
