I purchased the FIDECO M.2 NVMe Duplicator Dock (YPZ03SN) in January 2025, and it stopped working within a few months. When I contacted the seller for warranty support, they claimed it only has a 3-month warranty—which was never clearly mentioned on the product page.Even after following up multiple times, they stopped responding altogether. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and misleading. For a product in this price range, I expected at least basic after-sales support.Buyers beware: If your unit fails (which mine did), don’t expect any help from this seller. Very disappointing experience.

FIDECO M.2 NVME Duplicator Clone has the words "Duplicator" and "Clone" in the description.It is not capable of doing either.But, the box I received even has a sticker on it incorrectly describing it as Duplicator Clone Docking.Do not buy this unit if you want duplicate or clone a sata type drive to an nvme drive.Even the Fideco website describing this unit claims that it can clone - it cannot.
