The media could not be loaded. Bought this on Prime day to replace my leaky chrome kettle and couldn't be happier. It's light, stylish, a great colour and most importantly - it's fast to boil. Haven't timed it for 1 cup to see whether the 43 seconds states in the box is accurate but it is definitely quick. 2 minutes for 3 or 4 cups worth and even when full it's pretty quick. It's easy to fill and the lid feels solid. Inside it has little guides for 1, 2 and 3 (small) cups of water as the water level is below the visible gauge on the side. It's also not overly noisy although no kettle is silent.The blue light gives a visual indicator that the kettle is on / finished and though it might appear to flicker on the video, it is a solid blue light.Overall very happy with this and would definitely recommend.

So yet another kettle ! Let’s face it, they get a tremendous amount of use so not surprising it’s probably one of the most bought household appliances. This one pours really well, best I’ve had for many a year. It boils reasonably quickly from full but not lightning quick, it’s reasonably quiet while in operation and it looks okay in situ. What I found most intriguing, along with my neighbour who took delivery for me, was the packaging 😳 This tiny box was handed over by my neighbour with the following line, what you been buying, kettle I replied, but it’s tiny says he ! Later in the week we are having a beer and a chat and he spots the kettle. Oh bought a bigger one huh ! No that’s the original you took delivery of. That box was like the Tardis 🤨 How do Russel Hobbs do that ? Worth buying for that alone. I have so little in my life that a box elicits such a reaction. Sad ! Yes no need to rub it in.

Good kettle at a decent price

My husband bought this as part of a matching set for our kitchen.We have gone from a one cup kettle to a “normal” one and I have to say I am impressed with this one.It boils perfectly and has a large enough capacity.I have not found it too noisy and it boils quicker than I thought it would when half full.It is easy to clean and is made very well.Very happy with this purchase.

Good kettle, looks really nice, quiet and quick to boil, the first one i recieved didn't work, but the exchange was very fast and easy
