This album is so good that i can't put it into words. From the opening track to the last, they are all five star tracks. The production is very 80's but thats part of its charm. I got your number, Muscle and blood, who will you run to and first step of love are all GH classics. My personal fav is The look in your eye. It is a very very catchy song. The only bad track is Hold out your life.I would recommend this album to any rock fan, but especially fans of 80's rock. I think even Def Leppard and Whitesnake fans would like this album. If you don't own it, buy it!

Good album but odd tracks abit disappointing.

Funky beast.
Geoff Barton of Kerrang! raved about this album when it came out. I had a very dodgy copy of it on tape and always liked it but I decided to update and get this re-mastered CD. It talks volumes about Hughes' talent here. Muscle and Blood a is a funk-rock masterpiece, and there are nods to Mark IV Purple all over the place. I wondered what would have happened if this partnership continued. Hughes was ahead of his time in the fusion between funk and rock.

Excellent Hard Rock
A magnificent example of how two people can get together and produce a hard rock/AOR album of total excellence. Absolutely brilliant! If you haven't heard this cd get it and enjoy it! My favourite track is "Muscle and Blood". Play that loud and annoy the neighbourhood. Well produced with two extra tracks from the original vinyl version, this cd is well worth buying, believe me.

Blast from the past
First class classic rock sounds as fresh now as when it came out. Excellent vocals/bass from Glen and awesome guitar from the Automatic Man and Pat Travers Band Pat Thrall, what more could you want - it don’t get much better than this.

Not bad but only ok
Not Glenn’s best work but it’s another album I’ve gotI’m hoping to buy all of Glenn’s work this was Number 10 on the list in my opinion nothing comes close to Resonate

AS GOOD AS IT GETS
Even though this was released a while back originally, it still is in my Top 10 of all time. Neither guy has come close to this since. If it,s top line A.O.R rock your after, you have to own this album
