Great flavor
A distinct version of cherry bitters that works very well in a classic Manhattan. Pretty sweet for a 'bitters' -use it sparingly at first if you are substituting for things like Angostura bitters. Adds a twist to cocktails that call for the more commonly used bitters. Overall I like this brand and have several of their bitters line. All are very high quality and great additions to the bar.

Essential for a cherry Old Fachion! I wish that they came in large bottles.

Always Tasty. Never disappoints. Tips on Bitters
Love these bitters for my old fashion. These have a sweeter edge than the ORANGE one, which is my favorite for old fashions. Although if you are getting into bitters, you should check out my favorite, CRANBERRY, by these folks. A lot of people like the BLACK WALNUT but I prefer sweeter drinks. I have also tried MINTS which are very interesting and basically create an easy mint julip with bourbon and simple.I got lazy a while ago and stopped using orange rinds and just mix a few shakes of these bitters (not just a few drops - several hard shakes), with maybe 1/3 or 1/2 simple syrup with 2/3 or 1/2 Benchmark Bourbon over rocks (Benchmark is only $17 for a handle but still a very decent bourbon for an old fashion. I don't like to waste good bourbon by mixing it with simple and flavors or even ice and simply drink it neat).

Makes a Mahnhattan Marvelous
Great stuff, really took my Manhattans to a new level. It's expensive but a little bit will go a long way, it's concentrated. Rye, Carpano Antica, Luxardo Cherries, a few drops of this and you are all set.
