So happy with this, a big upgrade from the tank option. Water tastes amazing, we were without a filter for a period of time and it was awful drinking tap water. Installed it myself after buying a three way tap which was pretty straightforward. Water also filters very quickly .

We wanted a quiet water filer under the sink and we got one!!! Good taste and quality of water, very easy to install.

I fitted this under my kitchen sink inside a 600 sink unit, it was easy to fit for me has I have plumbing experience and even if I didn't it would have been easy for anyone to fit before fitting my water was registering 289 ppm on the tds meter which is absolutely disgusting the w.h.o. say it's not fit for drinking after fitting this my reading is now 15 to 19 parts per million andthat readingwas afterthefirstflushofthenew system,I felt it only right to make this clear to anyone wishing to purchase, I highly recommend

PROS: I have had this system installed for about three weeks now and it is very good. I have a TDS meter and the water from this system is far FAR cleaner than the bottled mineral water and tap water I tested it against. Well worth the investment. I ended up installing the system myself, so it’s straightforward enough for a DIYer to do. CONS: a couple of months before I purchased this water system, I had contacted the manufacturer to ask whether they could customise an order to include the antique wine tap instead of the chrome tap, which they said they couldn’t do. The system comes with a chrome tap as standard. My kitchen fittings are copper so I had to purchase the antique wine tap separately which cost an additional £86, so altogether quite an expensive purchase. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.

I live in a new build on the coast line in the uk, which creates very hard water and little space under my sink to buy a water filter cylinder. So, the ispring RO system was perfect choice for me. Really easy to install and use as there is a paper manual and also videos in the products details. The water is very smooth and tastes like good clean water without the chlorine tatse(especially compared to the normal tap). The unit fits perfectly in my single under sink cupboard and I still have space to store other things. Overall I would say the unit a great value for money, easy to install and use and the quality is definitely 5/5 stars.

This iSpring RO600 is excellent! I purchased this iSpring to replace a 5-stage RO system with a tank (a different popular brand), as I had bought replacement membranes for that system, but they produced a weird and horrible taste. When I contacted that former RO's customer service, they were difficult to get a hold of, then rude on the phone when I finally got through, then asked to send in pictures of the faulty system and filters via email. They ended up not helping us and were rude in the non-ownership of the problem their replacement filters had created. That lead me to research a lot of systems here on Amazon and decided to purchase this iSpring system because of all the wonderful features. The RO600 takes up less than half of the valuable under-sink space that the former 5-stage did; it is sleek-looking; and the water waste for purification is less than half of that of the 5- stage, which translates into more money in my pocket at the end of the month. I will never go back to a tank! The RO600 is very quiet and the water the iSpring puts out is clean, clear, refreshing, and tasteless. The RO600 puts out water much more quickly than my old system. Also, there is no guessing if everything is okay with the iSpring, or if a filter needs to be replaced, because of the 3 LED lights on it. It is also an easy process to change the 2 membranes, unlike traditional RO systems. So you don't end up with water all over the floor and old filters in your sink draining for hours after changing the 5 different membranes. The iSpring is plug-and-play and you don't need a special wrench for the task! The filters are very affordable when replacement time rolls around, especially since one of the two membranes only needs to be replaced every 2 years, and the second one, once a year. This saves a lot of money compared to 5 + membranes replaced each year with other systems. It comes out to less than $1.50 per week for a 600 gpd RO system. If you have any questions regarding the system, the customer service is outstanding. There's someone who can answer your questions that's based here in the U.S., and you feel like a valued customer. This is a night-and-day difference from my other experience, and I will be an iSpring customer for life! Finally, there were some reviews stating that it couldn't be hooked up to a fridge. Ours is spliced out to our 2012 Maytag and it works just fine. It has a tiny delay the first 1/4 second of operation, but runs smoothly after that. (I believe it's just the length of the connecting line, combined with gravity.) This does not bother me and I really wouldn't think anything of it, other than trying to be 100% honest in a review. I'm glad I chose the iSpring RO600 for my home. It was a great financial and healthy investment for clean drinking water for my family of four and a total upgrade from my old 5-stage RO system with a tank.

I had another reverse osmosis water filter system more than 10 years and it was time to replace it since I wasn’t able to get the filters for it anymore. I did a big research and comparison between several different systems and manufacturers currently on the market. I wanted to choose some manufacturer, which has a good reputation and their filters will be possible to get a lot of years. Since my system was setup to deliver the filtered water also to a refrigerator, I wanted to make sure that the new one will be able to do it. I have contacted iSpring’s support and from very first moment they were very quick, knowledgeable and eager to help. Some months ago they told me that RO500 will (most likely) not work with the refrigerator. I appreciated the respond since they were telling me openly the situation without trying to push me to buy it. After certain time, Francis from iSpring customer support told me that they did some series of tests and it is possible to use RO500 system with their faucet and the refrigerator together. It was great news and I wanted to buy it immediately, however I needed to be sure that the faucet will be in chrome colour, which is not guaranteed anymore. I spoke with Francis again and he managed to find some last boxes with the chrome faucet. He was awesome with arranging all necessary steps so I can get it. He also managed to resolve very quickly some missing parts in the package and he made sure that the unit is registered for 3 years warranty. Thank you so much for your help. After the installation RO500 tuned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It’s much smaller that my previous system, it fills up a cup 3 times faster, the water tastes great and it has very nice faucet with useful display, which tells you a water quality (currently I am getting 2 TDS) and some other information if need it. I can confirm it works with the refrigerator - it has a different sound during dispensing a water to an ice marker or filling a cup from the refrigerator pipe and it seems to be slower than from the faucet. However it is still faster in comparison with my previous system. I am pleased with whole RO500 system and how easy is to replace the filters. And very important part is that iSpring customer service and their people, Francis in my email experience, are really outstanding. Thank you again

Too expensive

I order this and it works great. In my original review I noted I couldn't order it in black to match my tap. The company contacted me, unsolicited, and offered to send me a black tap. It came promptly, easy to install now it looks great and tastes great. I think that was amazing service. I'd give this company a 6 stars if I could. My original review ....The only thing that would make this perfect is if I could have ordered it to have the tap in black to match my facets in the kitchen. The water tastes great, our local water has a strong chlorine and mineral/dirty taste this filter removes all that unwanted flavor. I find I'm drinking more tap water now which is great for my health. I would recommend this product.
