I tried to talk with the customer service and nothing at all, so I bought it any way and tried to look at it with out downloading the app because most watch will let you look at them with out downloading the app however this one would n until I wigged it out. Then I tried to download the app and it did but when you open the app you have to agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy so I wanted to read the terms and conditions an the privacy policy and it would not load, so I went of register because you either register or log in, so I tried and if said “It could not connect to the server.” So I am not impressed with this watch at all, however the looks are very good. So before I returned it I was looking around and I tried the Samsung QR code and It took me to a different app that work's. You can not set the alarm on the watch you have to set the alarm on the app only.

Pro- highly convenient earbuds and touch sensitivity is excellentCons- bulkier than i expected and it bumps in everything around me. Already lost one earbud probably because it bumped into something and popped out without me being aware. Type of wrist band makes it difficult to change styles.

It seems that the software needs to be updated to include toggles for 12 and 24 hours and Celsius and Fahrenheit. Currently all watchfaces only display 24 hour time and temperature in Celsius. The workaround for the 24 hour issue is to simply use the analog watchfaces without the digital time and weather, but it would be great to have the watch display the 12-hour time and the temperature in Fahrenheit.
