But that is my preference.The capsules are easy to take, and thankfully do not produce the dredded "gag effect" like many larger capsules and pills. The price is very cost efficient since there are 240 capsules per bottle. It is a much better price and higher psyllium content than my previous brand.Two of the features of this brand that I like is that the product is is made in a certified GMP facility and it is also tested independently by a 3rd party.BOTTOM LINE: This is a good psyllium capsule and is priced very inexpensively.
