great product. setup was very easy. it gave us a vantage point we have never had before. the image is great for us and didnt need to zoom all the way. we ordered multiple and only need one remote to work all 3 which is super awesome. you can change the home position so when you lose power it is already in place and ready when restored. the range is decent for the remote. ours is on the ceiling of production floor. i would recommend that the base points towards the floor for better remote control use.
