I'm always a little sceptical about supplements and herbal remedies, but these are a lifesaver. My pony suffers COPD and has for many years although it has never been severe enough to warrant treatment. We have managed his condition very well, full time turnout, ground feeding hay etc. The drought we suffered this summer and the need to hay feed caused a sudden flare up in his condition, coughing and difficulty breathing but Clarity worked amazingly well. His cough stopped within a day and his breathing was much easier. I was surprised how readily he accepted them in his feed as he is a very picky eater but they went down without him noticing. The did seem a little pricey, but 2 months down the line I'm still only 2/3rds of the way down my first pot so not as bad as I thought (he is a very slender 12hh pony). I am really pleased with this product.
