My new best friend
I ordered this a few days ago and received it today. It came just in time.Tomorrow, I am going to a plant sale that comes once a year. I usually buy 30 or so houseplants that range in price from $2 to $5 each. When I get them home, I change out the soil and treat all the plants just in case there may be any pests. This tray is going to come in very handy. I can mix my soil up and repot my plants.I use a mixture of different items for different plants so the fact that this tray is so large is helpful. For aroids, monstera's, pothos, philodendron a few other types of plants, I use a mixture of soil, vermiculite, perlite, orchard bark, coco coir, cactus soil & charcoal. For other plants with a sensitive root system, I might drop the rough ingredients and mix soil, perlite & peat moss.I would imagine tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me. Having a way to be able to sit on my deck, my my soils, change out the plants and not make a mess all over the table or the deck is going to be a game changer.I appreciate how big and sturdy this tray is and it's deep enough that I can mix up big batches of soil at a time.I definitely recommend. I can see this tray getting some good usage.

Working gardener's tub
After picking up several new plants for the garden, I set many of them in this tub to stage until the beds were ready. Then a storm came through and I was able to convey the plants indoors to keep them safe from high winds and hail. The next day brought excessive early high temperatures, so I moved the plants to a shady spot outside and added some water to the tub so the plants could water from the bottom drainage holes of their pots. Then a day and half later, more hail and 80 mph winds and I was glad to grab the plants in one go. So far, the plants don't appear too stressed from all the back and forth. The lip around the edge is sturdy to act a handle from any side. The depth keeps plants from tipping and falling overboard and holds a shallow amount of water to hydrate plants. While I have not used this tub as intended for potting and transplants, the height angles down in the front to get your hands inside for working and has a higher back. The durable plastic should last several seasons and is easy to rinse off for clean up.

Very expensive, but very durable
This is significantly better than any of the fabric tarp potting trays or boot trays i've used to repot my plants in the past but man is it expensive. You can kind of justify the cost in the fact that the plastic is very thicc! I used it to move several fully soaked large terracotta potted plants from my house to their 'summer home' outside and the tray barely flexed at all.I've used shallow plastic bins in the past, you can usually find them at big box stores for a reasonable price, but this is set up so much nicer. If you cna justify the cost, i think you'll be satisfied but if $35 is too much you may be able to find an alternative by repurposing a shallow plastic storage bin.

Perfect plastic tray
This item is exactly what I needed. I realize that this is marketed as a potting tray and I’m sure it is great for that. I use it for an alternate purpose, I am an artist and I need to soak 11” x 15” sheets of watercolor paper. The bathtub works, but so much trouble and waste of water to fill the whole tub 3, or 4 inches deep. I just set this tray on my kitchen counter and fill it with a couple of inches of water and dunk the paper, SO PERFECT. I only use the tray for this purpose so it stays clean, no more washing the tub or sink to soak my paper I am so happy. I have used an enameled butcher tray in the past, but they are heavy, this light tray is easy to dry off pop into a plastic bag to keep it clean, and set it on a shelf ready for next time. Five stars for this one for sure!

Repot Indoors and Plant Care Neat and Clean
Very Sturdy gardening tray that has tons of uses! Originally it was going on my outdoor planting table. It still might go there, but I’ve been using this indoors. The summer temps have been outrageously HOT this year so I’ve been doing a lot of my repotting indoors. This keeps my work area nice and clean. Easy to dump out dirt spills. It is very sturdy. The back it a little taller than the front keeps dirt spills from going over the back side. The lower front side is nice because it doesn’t interfere with your reach into the tray.

Expensive
This is a really well made plastic tray. It feels sturdy and smooth. It’s shaped in such a way that makes plant/dirt management easier than using a plastic bucket or tarp. I’ve used this to replant several times, and it will last forever. It has a nice green color, and the finish is smooth to the touch without imperfection. With that said, this is ridiculously expensive (~$35) for what it is. I would expect this to be 1/3 the cost, which is what similarly sized and composed trays/bins go for. If this was a 3 or 4-pack, I think it would make much more sense. For this price, I can’t recommend it, as there are a multitude of similar, cheaper items out there.
