These Vitamin D-3 softgels are easy to swallow and contain no unnecessary ingredients. The oil used is flaxseed, which itself is a nutritious ingredient. Vitamin D-3 is cholecalciferol, the preferred form for proper absorption. The dose is fairly substantial, which is good because most people are deficient in Vitamin D. Of course, it's a good idea to occasionally have your blood tested for Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy levels, to make sure it's in the ideal range.

Make it apart of your daily habit
As someone who is low on it a guess it helps. I dont take it with k2 which i heard is required to help break it down but i think i should be absorbing it nevertheless

small and easy to swallow
I love these bc they work and they're also the smallest vit D pill that i have found. that means I can fit it in my medicine case and remember to take them. no taste at all and I feel like i have so much more energy.
