VERY THIN AND LACKS ENOUGH ABSORSION ABILITY. I MUST SUPPLIMENT .
I AM BETTER OFF WITH MAXI PADS, AS FAR AS ABSORBSION QUALITY.The front and bottom have a thin layer of cotton, and waterproofing outside, but it is not enough for a real accident. It need much thicker cotton, and also inserts that are like a maxi-pad for female flow issues.

Comfortable
Fit is good. The garment has a higher rise and more comfortable fit than similar products. It does not soak through the shield area, unlike other brands I have tried. However, moisture wicked through the leg holes. Ensuring that they are pulled high and tight and maintaining a downward direction might cure that issue.
