Just like Rapunzel's mom was obsessively addicted to radishes when she was pregnant...that is how I now am for these plantain chips. I can't stop. I NEED them, every day. My main hardship is in stopping myself from eating the whole bag in one sitting, if only because if I do that I know I'll have one less bag and have to wait for Amazon to deliver more! I have started ordering 5 bags at a time, but still this is not enough, and my anxiety over running out before the next Amazon delivery is giving me nightmares. Sure, maybe you could blame my obsession with these salty perfect plantain chips on the fact that I'm pregnant...or maybe on the fact that I haven't been able to have potato products the last couple years due to digestion issues and these tasts JUST LIKE potato chips to me (only better, and not greasy!) maybe once I deliver this baby the addiction and constant NEED for these chips will be cured. Only time will tell. But for now I remain an indentured obsessed plantain chip fanatic. My husband should be grateful these aren't located in the witches garden next door, though ordering so many so often might just bankrupt us. Haha...try them at your own risk.

Why are these chips so good? Everyone munches on them at parties. The ingredients aren't exciting but more vitamins and fiber than similiar chips! You just have to try them yourself! Sliced thin, crisp and crunchy right out of the bag, they are naturally taaty and satisfying!

Very good plantain chips. They were nice and crunchy, there was no greasiness at all. They are a nice snack, aren’t too salty and last for a while. Would purchase again.
