Machine does not start.
Not only that one part is missing, the machine does not start and does not work. I can not send a video because you do not accept it. You demand to change the review? Let everyone know this inconsistent seller.

Stupid purchase
Only comes with a cheaply made buffing pad and without the scrubbing device that is literally shown on their website. Returned

Works great at a great price!
The media could not be loaded. I was looking at the Oreck version, this one didn’t have any reviews at the time, but I thought I would give it a try due to the much lower price point. It fits the same attachments as the Oreck and worked great on cleaning my travertine tiles and the grout line!

Handle broke
Handle broke first time using it. Refund was fast though so just lost the time it took to repackage and send back.

Looks well built
Been looking for a reasonable price hardwood floor buffer. This puppy is a beast. Fairly easy to control. The single bonnet they give with the machine is a joke. It's a tie on, that keeps coming untied. Bought 15 different ones for 15 bucks than are elastic. They work great
