My daughter is a competitive cheerleader and uses these often for tumbling practices. She has struggled with patella tendinitis and this helps ease the pain. Great fit, which is difficult to find with children and easy to preform all her skills with it on.

I bought these for my teenage son who has CP. One leg is very tight and his heel doesn't touch the ground and his kneecap is a couple of inches higher than it should be. Due to all this, he has terrible knee pain. After doing some research I found that these may help. It seemed counterintuitive, but I wanted to try anything. I was surprised, and very happy, that these do in fact reduce his knee pain. While it is a temporary fix, it's something he can wear any time and use a a preventative tool.

Helps with pain, but slips off when exercise if you start sweating.

Love that it comes with 3 adjustable straps! So it can work for all sizes of youth! She’s using the middle strap size, it fits well and she’s 11. My daughter has patella tendinitis and dances 20+ hours a week! She says it’s easy to use and that it’s supportive of her knee! Worth every penny!

Stays up well on my 10yo. She uses the middle size. It has been a huge help for her knee pain as a gymnast after hyper extending her knee at practice. Buying a second one as a back up for washing Editing to 3 stars. The material on the strap is frayed and velcro no longer sticks. I am sad I bought two of these. We switched to a knee band instead that doesn’t have velcro that will wear with daily use.

Weak velcro. Wore out in about 5 wears. just wont stay without constantly rehooking it. It just isn't durable or strong enough to hold properly while sweating and working out. Might be better for light use.

Really effective. I bough many knee supports for two of my boys with knee issues and these by far have done the job quietly and comfy
