*** Update - A new Treadmill is being sent out & can’t fault that****Arrived on time, easy to assemble, used for walking only, 12deg incline for 2.5 miles twice a day, 5 weeks later it doesn’t work & the on/off switch is broken, I sent a video as requested to be told the lift motor needs replacing and on/off switch, they offered to refund me £100 if was to fit the new switch & lift motor, They also sent a video & it’s ridiculous to expect anyone not qualified to change it or mess around with electrics, it’s kinda dangerous too! They haven’t offered a replacement at all so am having to get a claim back via Mastercard & waiting for Amazon as under the A to Z Guarantee it’s supposed to be either repaired by a professional or replaced! Do not buy from this company as you could end up with a defective treadmill & hundreds of ££££ out of pocket, there’s many other companies on Amazon you can buy from!

Lovely bit of kit, a gym like performance for a reasonable price.Smooth speed and incline changes and does everything it says on the box.

The media could not be loaded. Like other reviews, the on/off button has stopped working after less than 24hrs. Waiting to hear from the supplier on how to resolve as I am dreading the thought of having to get this thing downstairs if I need to return it.

Very clear instructions. Very sturdy, brilliant display console and easy to programme (instructions inside manual). The only real issue I had with the set up was connecting the console to the treadmill. I put the connector in the wrong way round (no instruction about this) and had a bit of trouble with inserting the 'E10' bolt through the stand past the cables. But this was an easy fix. I removed the console, connected it the frame the correct way, and whilst I had the console off, I threaded the 'E10' bolt through the wires very easily, after lining it up. I recommend everyone to connect the console before fixing it down, then checking you have power. If not, reverse the connector. Then line up the 'E10' bolt and seat the console before putting in the other bolts. That would have saved me a good half hour+. Also, the communication with customer service and the delivery guys was excellent. Informed of a delivery date, way in advance. Then gave me 3 hour slot, then the day before delivery, gave me a half hour slot. And top that off, the delivery guys rang and texted me when they were 20 minutes away. They then carried the treadmill to the room I wanted it in, and cut open the box, because it was very, very well banded and taped up. Looking forward to using it. Four metal legs support it, so I suggest a treadmill mat, or 4 treadmill pads to protect carpet or (in my case) wooden flooring. Just ordered 4 pads for £6.99.

All in all a decent bit of kit. Nice size, quite compact if you haven't got lots of space but plenty of room to operate. Assembly was really easy. Took me about half an hour to unpack and assemble. Very quiet and smooth and a good range of built in programs. My only issue is description says 15% incline which I don't believe to be true. It has 15 incline levels, but definitely not 15% incline. I use it on level 15 and it's not that steep. All in all, I am happy with it though, and it does the job. Would have given 5* if it wasn't for the incline. Would still recommend.

Incline is not very much. Running belt not sure what material as not the traditional style belt which I had seen with my last treadmill and at the gym
