Fantastic value and the best washing machine I've ever had. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a replacement machine It's economic, very easy to use, fantastic results and virtually silent while in use, including in spin cycle

This is an excellent appliance. My calculations meant this fitted perfectly under my work top. It is slightly deeper than my last machine but the design of the back meant the waste and water inlet pipes fit snugly out of the way, meaning that it could be pushed fully against the wall. ( although, I don't understand why the drain pipes are always longer than the inlet pipes on these machines. This is important if your undersink plumbing is to the right of it as this can be a stretch to connect ) You'll probably need to put it fully in its final position before connecting your pipes and the plug to its supply. With that said. I levelled the feet before placing it into its final position and then fully adjusted the two ( front ) feet whilst machine was in a spin cycle for best results. When this is done, the machine is pleasantly quiet for its larger load capability. I downloaded the app and connected my machine to it ( after 2 attempts ) The machine itself has basic programs set on the dial but the app is a more comprehensive menu of programs and features. The connection for this can be hit and miss as it uses your phone as a remote and it doesn't always work. Surprisingly, you can still see the progress of the wash on the app after you've set the machine manually. Altogether, this is a great machine though and worth its price. It has the advantage of washing more items in one wash. A recommended appliance with plenty of washing programs to match all clothing and levels of soiling....

So far, I'm very satisfied with this machine. It arrived in perfect condition, the delivery guys were great - very friendly and helpful. The machine looks fab and it has a great selection of programmes, with more available on the app (which i have yet to download so can't comment on that yet). It was easy to set up and operate and is REALLY quiet! Overall, I am VERY happy that I chose this machine.

All good so far, very easy to use with simple choice of programmes. Nice and quiet even on 1400 spin which is excellent. Only criticism is that the door edging (the black bit) seems quite lightweight plastic. Very pleased with Amazon installation and recycling option. Definitely worth it, the delivery/fitting people were great.

Best washing machine I have ever had. It functions great, and its very sturdy on the 1400 speed. Looks fab and well worth buying. Connecting it to hon was tricky but I let them know I was having problems setting it up. Then I got information for me to update it. I now dont have problems connecting to it. I dont usually connect my appliances to my phone, but this one has 71 programmes including drum clean and descale, which i can only get on the app all the other washes come in handy. I also scheduled for the washing to go on in the morning as i forgot to put the wash on the night before. So it's very handy for that kind of thing. Im a very happy customer. Thank you ☺️

It's happened more then 10 times Washing machine Not spinning in end to all the water keep in cloths. They sent a mechanic who checked machine when Empty. And said all is fine it's fine I told him you should try with full of cloths. But he didn't tried and went away. And now same issue every 2nd day, not draining and spinning in the end leaving all water in cloths. Very disappointed

Now this did surprise me it’s an absolutely amazing machine quiet loads of modes great results on clothing looks great this is definitely one I would recommend honestly it’s amazing 💯

I ordered this machine for my son. Hoover appliances have been around for many years and in my opinion are well made and reliable. Purchasing this from Amazon was cheaper than any of the local stores and. Have to say the delivery service was excellent. There were frequent updates as well as having the ability to give updates with the driver on who to contact so the appliance could be placed in the house. Easy to install and even though only a couple of loads have been washed so far, it worked exceptionally well. So far my son is highly delighted so worth the 5 star rating.
