Too expensive for a bourbon receptacle

I ordered this as a special gift for my husband’s birthday. Upon receipt I checked the package. I was very disappointed with the glass; it does not have the sparkle you see on line. For the price of $110 I did not keep it and returned it.

Very good quality, nice and heavy/thick and sits well in hand.

This glass came well packed in its own box with foam to prevent damage during shipping. The glass comes with a leather coaster to protect your glass and tabletop. The glass itself is fairly hefty in weight. The colors are blended beautifully. The craftsmanship itself is top notch in my opinion. The level of detail taken both inside and outside of the glass is very impressive. The inside is smooth and concave so it’s not just a flat bottomed glass. The outside has lots of channels, grooves, bumps, and detailing that is very classy. Because of the concave bottom inside the glass, a round ice ball would fit comfortably inside. This would make an excellent gift for an anniversary, birthday, or retirement celebration. While this glass is on the pricier side, this statement piece will make an excellent permanent addition to your collection. I don’t think my photos do it justice.
