McFarlane Toys - DC Multiverse Superman (JLA) 7in Build-A Figure

Superman (JLA) blue color figure is the standard version and the Platinum Edition (red version/ 1 of 3000) to build the Plastic Man action figure.See the photos above. I was able to get the standard and Platinum Edition in one order!! Super lucky and super cool figures!A must for Superman fans and difficult to find at retail stores. Both color Superman figures have fairly good detail, with clear lighting bolts for the arms and legs attachment, a base, a trading card and a body torse of Plastic Man included.You need all 4 Justice League America figures to get the complete Plastic Man action figure. It could be difficult to get the complete set and you may have to go buy from the secondary market sellers at a higher price. A Plastic Man action figure may cost you $75+in 2024.The McFarland's Batman and Superman action figures are in high demand as for 2024 and there's a huge fans base all over the world. Great figure! Joint are tight with awesome paint job. Only complaint would be the accessories. When attached they are very loose and don’t stay in place!

One of the few cool looking Superman figures released recently, wonderful to see it at such a great price. Like all McFarlane, very detailed and high quality.

I love it! Fun figure. Same basic articulation of every figure, but fun to pose. Great face likeness to Supes from the comics. Get one while you can!

Lucky enough to get the chase/ platinum edition. Poses look nice, however the figure is stiff in the waist movement and the fist are fairly big are the only complaints

I was beyond happy to see that I received the chase exclusive on my very first purchase. The price was amazing and so happy I could buy this when I could. It came in excellent and new condition. Overall very satisfied and seller is highly recommended!!!

Paid almost $100 altogether for this toy. Product box was damaged in 3 places and there was part of a label torn off on the front of the box. Horrible experience.

This Superman Build-A-Figure from McFarlane is solid, just like most of their figures. I’m not a huge fan of this particular design and only picked it up to help my son complete the Plastic Man Build-A-Figure. The sculpting, paint, and articulation are all good, everything you expect from a McFarlane figure. If you collect, it’s a fine addition, but the design isn’t really my favorite. Amazon’s shipping and packaging were excellent, as usual. Arrived fast and in perfect condition. Pros • Solid sculpt and articulation • Sturdy figure, holds poses well • Works for Build-A-Figure sets • Fast shipping and secure packaging Cons • Not a favorite design Overall, the figure is fine and works as intended. It’s a solid McFarlane Superman, just not one I’d grab for display unless you’re collecting the set.

At the end of the 90s, there was the storyline of blue/red Superman. If I remember correctly, hew gained new powers but more of electric/radiation powers instead of solar powers. Because of that, he needed a new suit to contain those powers because he can't control them. The original suit is blue but later came the red suit. The red suit is actually another Superman but more evil. The story will last a few months before Superman returned to his original powers and original suit. I'm really happy McFarlane made this figure and unlike many others they made, this one is exactly like the comics. The red suit is a chase variant and more rare but I prefer the blue one.

Amazing, bad thing the price went down after and had to pay full for it, but it is what it is, I recommend it

McFarlane will likely have a Red version soon but BLUE is the best. Not as articulate at marvel legends but its joints are good. My only issue is the groin area is made of a soft plastic that gets caught by the leg around the hip joint.
