Love this product1. It's plug and play. You don't need someone to install it2. Goes from speed 1 to 8. I find the speed slightly faster than the corresponding speed on a gym treadmill. However this is not a concern. It might be due to a mild built in incline3. The hand rest can be put up or pushed down. Great for older people as it goes slow and has the hand rest. Great if you want to jog too.4. You can drop the handrest to use it with a standing desk5. Easy to move around as its not super heavy6. It will easily slide under a sofa that has a 5 to 6 inch clearance7. The remote powers up and down the treadmillor walking pad it can go from a fast speed like 6 to 0 in seconds8. Sturdy for a walking pad. Just don't try to do social media circus type exercises on it !9. Requires very little spaceThe cons if you are really really comparing to a gym based treadmill which this is not1. It doesn't have an emergency stop like a gym treadmill2. If you pause it you can't unpause or start from where you stopped. So if you pause at 14 minutes and we're aiming at 30. You have to restart at 0 and do another 16. It is made for home use. I am satisfied to buy one more unit possibly.Ease of use and fit: 5/5It is not lightweight, however the whole package is designed to be easy enough to carry it in one hand. It should fit under sofas or beds that have a gap beneath them. A gap of 10 inches is more than sufficient.It has a metal arm of sort that stands up perpendicular to the walking pad. It is meant to hold on to while walking. This metal arm folds on the pad neatly.Functionality: 4.5/5Walking is easy to start and stop via the small Bluetooth remote. Personally I would preferred a small set of buttons on the arm, but I can live with it.The P (program) mode is confusing as to how to navigate. It might just be me but I will explore some more. My issue with the P mode is that without knowing how to use this elderly people might find it troublesome or even dangerous. This is because it starts and goes to higher speeds quickly enough before one realizes. Some sort of a call out might be needed on the manual.The remote is a bit flimsy but does the job. There is a small helpful plastic tag inside it which can be used to push in after usage so as to help conserve its battery.Durability: 4.5/5The steel arm is strong. The walking pad is sturdy so far and seems to hold up well. There is a cleaning requirement to the belt once in a while. I will try that and update the review then.

I will say big no to this treadmill due to worst experience. Issues will start in few days or months and no proper technician.I purchased it on 25 November 2024 and it started creating problems within 5 months. I raised my complaint to customer service and they told within 48 hours technician will call and asked me to send details in email which I shared with minutes.It is being 96 hours and I don’t hear anything back. I called back to follow up and spoke to Kanika, she asked me again to wait for 24 hours to get call from technician.I don’t think customer service representative are trained enough to understand the TAT/AHT therefore I asked if she call transfer the call to her supervisor and she replied stating there is no supervisor.Therefore I am writing this review to Lifelong to get better product and good customer service to its customers.

The media could not be loaded. Writing my view after using for last 3 days, almost 10km covered, It's Sturdy & Good build quality. Everythings working smoothly as expected. Thanks to Amazon for quick & safe delivery. ❤️It's too easy to handle with remote control, even my 4 year child can walk on it with little guidance. This treadmill can go upto 8mph which equals to 12.8 km/hr speed, but in my opinion 6mph is enough for average people. Compact yet stylish is what I love about this treadmill, i can fold & place it under the bed easily, Lifelong LLTM163. Honestly it's a Value for money Product, Thankyou Lifelong. 💕

This is compact and good. Not sure how many months it's going to work without issue. As per manual book it's 1.2hp motor and not 2.5hp which is mentioned. Overall it's better product for house usage for max 30mins usage daily.

One of the best walking pad treadmill for home use. Good performance, speed control from slow to fast, easily portable, user friendly remote control, strong materials, light weight (22 kg), occupies less space, suitable for all age group (6 to 90+ years), less price. My suggestion is the default pad holder is not suitable for this type of treadmill, so I bought Universal Mobile Phone Tabletop Holder at Xstore in Amazon ( https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0B8NDRHCP?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 ). Decent performance so far in last 2 weeks of use.Pros: 1) compact and easy to assemble2) easy to lift and shift with just around 20 kg weight,3) speed of 3.5 kmph is enough for walking for long time.Cons: 1) need to use shoes as the belt gets warm after 20 mins of use.2) remote operates in a very narrow zone (you need to point the remote towards exact point on walkpad),3)no changing angle for the tablet holder and it cannot hold a smartphone properly,4)abrupt power cutoff can trip you on the machine (they should have provided a gradual slowdown - i almost stumbled when there was a power cut and the machine suddenly stopped)
