Per photos with this review the 10 capsules come in a foil pack in a cardboard box. The box when first received did not have any seal on it. Per photo next to a 1p coin the capsules are typical capsule size. I have found them easy to swallow with a glass of water and that they had no aftertaste. Per photo of top of foil pack the item I received had a BBE date of March 2026 which is only 22 months from date of order. Ideally you want to have a minimum of 18 months till expiry when ordering supplements so this is good. The capsules do definitely have an effect, which I found kicked in after around 30 minutes. The effect is that these do make you feel energised for a prolonged period of time, so great for exercising in the bedroom or outside (running etc or otherwise you pick!!). I do feel at current selling price of £25 for 10 capsules that these are priced on the high side when consider what different supplements are within them.

I tested these ZENESTY "Extra Strength" formula capsules. For me they worked - taking just under and hour to kick in and lasting all an evening - not bad work! If this is what you are looking for (and remember that even Sildenafil only works in 2/3 of those who take it) then this brand might be a good one to try as they offer a "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" with a refund if they dont work for you. The capsules are big - so take a lot of water to swallow down, Taken whole there is no taste. Storage life is long at well more than a year. Delivery was ultra-quick - they came the next day.

I have reviewed a few different brands of these "stamina" pills with various effects. These once taken, work quickly & for a considerable time too. The general rule seems to be, the higher the dose, the effective they are. These capsules are 700mg, quite a hefty dosage. Quite costly at approx £2 per pill. However, they work well. As advised taken on an empty stomach, with plenty of water. They tend to "kick-in" within 30--60 minutes, with effects lasting several hours. Side effects can differ, although I must admit I had a headache a couple of hours after ingestion. Always wise to check with a GP or chemist before taking if you are on any medication.

These "performance enhancing" pills definitely have an effect, so much so that I was actually a bit surprised. The act very quickly for me, probably within 15 minutes or so, and I'd say at 700mg they actually feel a bit too strong. It's maybe a personal thing bit I feel like I don't need quite so much Ginseng complex in one dose. The main side effect for me was some obvious flushing, but this could be in part down to how vigorous my particular exercise regime is. Overall I'm not in the least bit disappointed.

Things in my 50s aren’t quick as quick to react as they once were so have tried a few of things ranging from the well known blue pills through to all kind of organic alternatives. These are only advertised as boosting energy and stamina, but we all know their real purpose don’t we? So, it is recommended that 30-40 minutes is enough time for them to take effect - we waited for nearly two hours (they stress to consume on an empty stomach so I did) and and it’s fair to say my performance and stamina were improved - I seemed to go on and on once started, and still had a boost the folllowing morning. I got a slight flush which felt more than it appeared and a slight blueis hue to my vision for a while and a little uncomfortable indigestion for a little while. Downside is the cost, these are certainly at the top end price wise and, whilst effective, aren’t noticeably better than cheaper versions.

I've found the ZENESTY® Enhance Your Performance pills to be quite effective in boosting my stamina and endurance. So far I've tested quite a few of these type products and I can say after being initially sceptical that any of them would work at all they all seem to help to varying degrees. Generally the higher the amount of each ingredient and the combination of them is a good indicator of how they will work. This contains 700Mg of the effective ingredients (Gingseng, Ashwagandha, Shilajit etc... just to name a few )which is a good way of telling how or if it will be effective. The ones that are just 100mg for example are not nearly as effective as this is. Which is why I can definitively say you don't need to pay as much as this costs. A lot of the cheaper ones work just as well some even better than this particular one. Obviously these things effect different people in varying degrees but for me they all seem to have a positive effect with the exclusion of the effect they have on your wallet.
