I added these into the mix of the rest of my mushroom supplements - Daily Dose and Ryze, and host defense brain and energy pills. While those give more of a visceral noticeable effect these tasted delicious and seemed like a solid addition to the roster. Making a coffee, taking a couple HD pills and a couple gummies before sitting down to do some work got me pretty locked in. I’ve always looked for a natural alternative to adderall and this seems to do the trick.
