My son loved it
Got this set of sirloin steaks, cooked short ribs and smoked brisket as a birthday gift for my son. He’s still got a ways to go before learning how to grill a proper steak so I figured I’d make it easy for him. Sirloins are kinda hard to mess up and the ribs and brisket came already cooked just needed a quick reheat. He and his girlfriend both called and even texted (separately!) to say how much they loved it. Guess this was a win and no grill screw-ups this time.

Not worth it
Waste of money, overcooked burnt ends claiming to be wagyu instead it a bag of tough meat and fat. Rib roast was good but overall dog food.

What a wonderful variety of meats and steaks. The sirloin steaks were juicy and incredibly soft. The Wagyu beef ribs practically melted in my mouth. And the smoked brisket was the best I've had since my trip to Texas few years ago. Just amazing!
