The media could not be loaded. This is the makeup sponge of my dreams! Except I use this to reapply my tinted sunscreen. This is such a luxurious sponge because it is incredibly soft, bouncy, and gives a flawless finish. Yet, it doesn’t soak up all the product. It blends everything without wasting it. This is actually the best sponge I’ve ever used. It’s better than anything you’d find at Sephora, Ulta, or even stores like TJ. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was pricey for 2 sponges. But now that I have it and have been using it, I can tell this is elite! It’s worth it and I already bought another set! While I use my fingers to apply my initial layer of sunscreen. I use this for reapplication, especially for formulas that have a bit more pigment, like Supergoop, Color Science, Ciele, Beauty of Joseon (which lives in my bag). I found a breathable case for it. It fits and doesn’t take up too much space in my bag. It’s easy to clean and dries quickly. I’m sure this applies makeup well but I haven’t been reaching for it, just sunscreen.

The best puff in the whole world!

I dont know what kind of wizardry this puff is made from but wow! This can create that perfect glass skin look. It doesn’t absorb too much products and evenly distributes onto your face. I wished this came in a 6 pack even though the puffs do last quite a bit i prefer to stock up. Price is great and you won’t believe you eyes!

TLDR: I WOULD purchase this product with my own moneyIf this is a type of product you've been wanting to try, then this is a good version! I do consider myself to be a cosmetics and skincare connoisseur, especially when it comes to Korean cosmetics, so this product is right up my alley. The Tool Lab is a popular brand in Korea, and it really can be purchased in cosmetics stores everywhere–I would compare it to Real Techniques or Sephora Collection beauty tools. These sponges really are a different experience than a drugstore sponge. They feel like a dampened beauty blender, and you don’t have to wet it to get that really squishy texture. That said, the thing you may not like is that they’re a little more delicate than other sponges, and they lack the body of a regular sponge–this body is achieved by the beauty blender through the shape–so these sponges are a little…floppy? It feels like, “oh, is this too thin and cheap feeling?” but the answer is no, that’s just the nature of having this material in a cushion applicator shape. That said, if you love the glass skin look, this tool is one of the secrets! It meets all of the claims by the brand.

I like this puff over their white puff. The overall feel is most dense and stiff in a good way. I think it soaks up less product (but still soaks up some product so if you are applying tinted sunscreen like me, apply even more to get the correct coverage). This dark puff does not show any product staining after use (probably also because it soaks up less than white puff). I have not washed it but I will report back if there are any issues.This lays down my tinted sunscreen flawlessly. I only wish it soaked up even less product but it’s fairly decent and I can’t complain too, too much,It is a bit pricey but the quality is there. I think these should last a good long while with gentle, regular washing. I do prefer a rubycell puff over a BeautyBlender so this is a very good buy if you look at it that way (4 puffs about the same price as one BB).

I'm pleasantly surprised by these makeup pads. I figured they would be usable, but holy mackerel are they soft!! I honestly can't think of anything to compare them to. Feels like a cloud is lightly giving my cheeks kisses or something like that. They also feel very durable somehow. What is this alien material they use?? Whatever it is, I want a pillow made out of it.Anyway, I like that it comes with 2 so one I can use for blush and the other I can use for foundation. I'm not entirely sure if they are reusable, but they actually wash fairly well.

Got this sponge for my teenage daughter who loves the way it blends her foundation and concealer but said it was comparable to her other tear shaped blenders. She's young and flexible in her make up regemin so based on the price, I'd stick with the cheaper alternatives until she becomes more finicky with the products she uses.
