My husband does not do a lot of facial care. He has been using these tools on his face to reduce swelling and relax his jaw muscles. Easy to use, functional, and beneficial as he sits on the couch and watches TV. Good for back of neck, too. One of his favorite stocking stuffers.

The best medal nice to clean

I got the set with the face roller and gua sha. The facial roller is made of seemingly high quality stainless steel. It is comfortable to hold and has a nice weight to it. The rollers are smooth and they glide over the skin easily. I like that it's dual ended with an option for smaller areas like under the eyes and on the temples.The gua sha is unlike any I've tried before. I have one made from stone (jade or quartz I can't recall) that is shaped differently from the one included in this set. There are more "sides" to this gua sha and it has a side with "teeth" that I assume are for pressure points or something. It didn't really come with isntructions but I've seen a few video tutorials that have been helpful. You can use it cold or warm. I actually prefer warm so I wash it under hot/warm water to heat it up a bit before applying. This would be a nice add on to a spa themed gift but just as nice to add to your own personal skin care routine.

I like that these tools are durable and easy to clean. The roller moves smoothly and doesn't get stuck while I'm using it. It feels cool to the touch and leaves my face feeling rejuvenated. Both tools are easy to hold and maneuver. The price is affordable. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
