Great product (leaks only if incorrectly installed!)
Glad I dismissed all the negative reviews. This product is great, it works, and sold at a fair price! Anyone here saying this product leaks is due to them not installing it right. Installation is fairy easy, just gotta have basic common sense, honestly. After buying the first one and seeing how awesome it was, I had to buy one for a friend. While installing the one for my friend, I did encounter a leak at the bottom end of the hose connecting to the water source. I unscrewed it and made sure it’s pushed out all the way (the end is flexible, you’d know what I mean if you have one), reinforced the rubber gasket, and that took care of it! No leaks anywhere on either hose I bought. It would’ve been great if you can control the temperature, water pressure, etc. from the hose head. I’m sure there are some out there for a little more $$. But for basic needs, this was a great bargain!

Installed and functioned as expected from product details and reviews
We had considered a bidet before & decided to install after the toilet paper shortage. We picked the manual vs the seat model as it was a way to ease one of our family member into the use. It allows the toilet to look & function "normally" for members of the family that are more leery of changes. It was easy to install with no leaks. We followed other reviewers suggestions and bought a new supply line as we have hard water & get mineral buildup quickly. We also were very careful with making sure it was threaded correctly, used the plumbers tape, and tightened by hand. I did the initial install and my husband tightened modestly after I finished. I am 65 & he is 70 so we have not been out and about for going on two months so that makes you really careful with repairs. I have been using it for about a week now. I turn it off and on at each use. I also make a point to "drain the line" after each use by pulling on the spray handle after turning the water off at the t-valve. This prevents dripping from the spray handle on the next use. Turning it off and on is really not a problem at all - just a matter of getting used to new routines and not automatically reaching for the toilet paper roll. We have a long line to the toilet the bidet is installed on and at first the colder water in the supply line was a shock. Now it does not bother me at all. The bidet has greatly decreased the use of toilet paper. Now I only use 2 squares with BM's. Plus you feel much cleaner. I am happy with the purchase. Maybe over time the rest of the family will join in. At least it is an alternative if the toilet paper runs out & it will soon pay for itself with my use alone. IF/when we buy a second one for the other bathroom maybe we will try an in-seat bidet to see how that works. For now I am very happy with having a bidet at last.

Solid product. HAND TIGHTEN ONLY!!!
It is a solid product at a very reasonable price. You can vary the pressure by how far you press down the nozzle lever, and also coarsely adjust the pressure via the valve. The installation was a bit rough for me, and I am a hand's on guy that has done a number of home projects some of which involved plumbing. I spent over an hour trying to get this product to stop leaking after I installed it by hand first. Since it was leaking I started cranking on it with a wrench to try to stop the leak. This deformed and ultimately sheared through the seal. I was very thankful that this product comes with a replacement seal. What I ended up determining was that the I was off a thread, but it was nearly impossible to tell with this product. I don't necessarily fault the product since this is being installed onto fine thread plastic. However it would be better if this product offered a different sealed connection, since the fitting you are screwing into under your toilet is made for a cone-shaped seal to fit inside the fitting wall and not really made for the flat seal that this product comes with. Once I got it installed correctly however, the sprayer works very well. My conclusion, unless you have very weak hands, DO NOT tighten by any tool or you will begin to deform the flat seal and cause leaking. It only needs to be hand tightened. Check for leaks after loosely tightening by hand and then continue to tighten by hand until the leaks stop.

Great product; Needs better assembly instructions
The product arrived in a nice package. It has a great chrome look. The hose and it's installation pieces look and feel great quality. The hose holder looks like chrome but is actually plastic and feels a bit cheap. But overall it doesn't bother me. The handy tips provided in the follow up email and in the box are great, especially for a newbie like me. I've never really done any extensive repair or handy work before. For that reason, the instructions were very bare-bones for me. I watched several YouTube videos to do the installation correctly. For instance, I didn't know that the teflon tape is best applied in the direction of the threads. I also did not know what to do with the blue plastic pieces on the hose ends. I tried to screw the hose on with them which obviously didn't work. I tried to pop them off, but that didn't work either. I called the customer support number, but only got a voicemail to leave a name n number and they will call me back (which they still haven't). Eventually I watched a few online videos until someone mentioned that they need to be unscrewed off before installation. This might be a no-brainer to those who are handy, but I didn't know that at all! Same with the washers. They provided the washers, but nowhere in the instructions did it include where to put them. I first screwed the hose in without the washer and then after watching another video, I realized my mistake and went back to fix it. Overall, I'm sure it is a very easy install. I mean, I was able to eventually install it without any prior experience. But I think it would be super helpful if better, more detailed instructions were provided. The product itself is great and I'm happy with it so far. Time will tell the rest.

Pretty Easy to Install
This actually took under 30 minutes to install. The instructions are very clear and concise and the kit included everything that was needed (except a wrench, you're going to need a wrench). The instructions say to only use your fingers to tighten things, but I found that this wasn't sufficient (it leaked immediately) and resorted to (gently) using a wrench to tighten everything. The helpful inclusion of teflon tape to leak-proof the joints was a nice touch. I have used it a couple times since installing it and it does work pretty well. The pressure is adjustable with a valve and it's a pretty simple and well-made thing. I've been really wanting to cut out toilet paper in my life even before the panic-buying idiots made it hard to get, and now I finally can! I'll update the review if this thing suddenly starts leaking or falls apart, but I'm pretty happy with this purchase so far.

Excellent product, easy to install and durable as well
This product is good and doing its required job well. The body appears to be largely made of steel which should hopefully be rust free in the long run. Installation of the product was relatively straightforward. Washers are pre inserted so that the joints are tight and snug. Along with this, there are spare washers available in the package and that’s very helpful. The water shoot is also easy to use and works as expected. There are different pressure levels that you can use. You get a clamp to attach it to the side of the water tank but I chose not to use it instead clamped it on the wall with the provided screws. This clamp is used to hold the shoot. Overall happy with the purchase so far. Hope it is long lasting.

Cleanses well, lessens need for toilet paper
Basic spray nozzle type of bidet. Easy to install, but somewhat difficult to use in a practical manner. A good place to start if serious about a bidet but want to have the experience of using water to cleanse genitalia after toileting. Water pressure may be regulated by the user. This type is one of the most basic, is mechanical and hooks up to your water supply. The water coming from sprayer or any bidet is the same water that comes from your faucet. It is clean water. Extremely easy to install. Read the directions before diving right in. Do not over tighten the screws and bolts or you may cause a leak. Purchased this after the great toilet tissue shortage during the first weeks of quarantine. Using a bidet can greatly decrease or eliminate the need for toilet paper. There are many types of bidets; the spray nozzle type, the mini toilet type, as well as a travel type. They are either mechanical or electric. I think this style is best used for cleaning cloth diapers or if you just want a sprayer in your bath for a different reason. This style is not easy to use as one must be a contortionist to place correctly while using. If you are considering a bidet, I recommend the toilet seat type. Or, like me, purchase this one first to determine if you want to shell out several hundred dollars for a piece of equipment that sprays water up your backside. I wanted to see if a bidet was something I would use without a big outlay of money. A mid range electrical bidet can cost approximately $400-$700. This spray nozzle type is the most basic type and least expensive. Many options and variations that can be found on Amazon. I eventually purchased a Toto bidet, an electric toilet seat type. Once you start using one of the toilet seat types of bidets, you will never go back to toilet paper only. One last thought. A toilet seat type of bidet is excellent option for the elderly or disabled who cannot wipe themselves properly. It would eliminate the need for someone to perform this unpleasant task. I read that a bidet can greatly decrease the number of bacterial infections often seen in hospitals or nursing homes. I am amazed it has not caught in in the US.

high quality equipment
This is a very well-made product. This is immediately evident upon opening the package and handling the solid, well-made hose and fittings. The instructions are clear and concise. Installation was simple. I am mystified by the criticisms posted by other users. The device I received is pretty much leak proof if installed properly. And yes, it is really easy to cross the threads or over-tighten the fittings, but the instructions clearly warn the installer to be on guard against these issues. The hose manufacturer installed two screw-in plastic thread protectors which needed to be removed - a nice touch, but a step which wasn't covered in the instructions. The sprayer hanger clip bolt needed to be re-located to the second hole provided in the assembly in order to fit properly on our tank - also not discussed in the instructions. Otherwise, instructions are flawless. As mentioned in the literature and by other reviewers, pressure modulation with the valve and sprayer lever takes some practice, but is easily mastered.
