I would not buy again. Only one of the cords would turn device on. I don't have time to sit next to a plug in for 30min. Wht have a phone cord options of you can't use it. So disappointing as I can't return.

My whitening tray was defective but Amazon resolved the situation for me and I bought another. Snow Teeth Whitening trays are the only ones that live up to the hype. No other brand has the power to whiten teeth the way this brand does.

This teeth whitening kit seems to be working slowly. It’s not a super noticeable difference after the first use like I’m used to with teeth whitening strips, but it seems to be a lot gentler on sensitive teeth and gums. It’s easy to use - just apply some of the whitening gel on your teeth, put in the mouthpiece, plug it into your phone, and turn it on. I don’t really understand why you need to charge the mouthpiece AND plug it into your phone during use though. The cord is a little bit annoying, but I see that they also have a wireless version available. My box came with everything that I needed to get started - mouthpiece, charging cord with four different adapters, whitening gel, and a color card to track the whitening of my teeth. I don’t mind that it’s taking a bit longer to whiten my teeth since it does seem to be a gentler process. The packaging was a bit sloppy - everything was just thrown into the box with no padding. The instruction manual is also for both the wired and wireless version, so some parts of the manual are a bit more confusing than if they had made separate manuals. Because of that, I’m not sure I’d recommend this as a gift if presentation is important to you.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I've never had a complaint. NOW I DO. This item doesn't work when plugged into your phone, despite it having all the different plug options. So, it's not portable. I plug into my computer, which means that I'm rendered immobile! Not happy at all this time. I count on plugging into my phone so I can multi task while whitening my teeth. What happened??

It came broken …container with brightener was broken ; no brush to apply … light on it was always blue ; not as the instructions said .. AND most importantly very very expensive to return …. A piece of junk
