Full of dust
Ordered this “excellent” quality renewed Xbox series x, it arrived with dust falling out of it, I take it apart and it is full of dust. When you order an “excellent” quality product, you shouldn’t have to take it apart and clean it for an hour. Disappointed

Fab communication
Had a slight issue with DPD however these guys were great and everything was successfully resolved, the actual product is fantastic quality and 'as new.

Not quite excellent as described
Whilst the item seems to perform as expected. The listing suggested "excellent" which is not quite accurate.The box is trashed and split and peeling ans punctured.The console it self "no visible marks from 30cm" incorrect. It's scratched quite a bit in areas.There was human hair in the box when I opened it.The controller doesn't seem to be close to good condition. The thumbs are extremely loose and do not provide any tension. I will most likely need to replace the controller.The leads that are supplied are third party at best. The usb lead for the controller is extremely cheap replacement item.Not really happy about this "excellent" condition tag.Any functional issues when tested I will update review to reflect.

Doesn’t come with a controller or any power cables???

Arrived today, dusty, dirty, damaged. Not even in a proper parcel. Have requested a refund but it is ‘non refundable’ so now waiting 48 hours for a message back. Please avoid!
