I've been wanting one of these for a while now. I drive Uber and I drive all day every day, my arm gets really tired and my wrist start to hurt after a while, with this I can drive with much more ease and my arm doesn't get as tired and my wrist doesn't hurt as bad as it usually does. It fits the wheel just fine, and for those steering wheels that are a little more narrow, it does come with an extra extension to make it fit nice and snug. Works great in my case.
