This was a Christmas gift. The receiver finds the eye massager relaxing, especially likes being able to control heat/cool levels. It could be a little quieter.

It has to be the best money I've spent in a long long time!

Heavy, the massage around the eyes is weak and it’s too loud

The pressure is a little hard. I don’t like the vibration and there seems no way to get the cold feature with massage but no vibration. This is a fine product and vibration / pressure issues are just preference. Just not the perfect item for me.

I just recently bought quite a few of these and settled, and I do mean settled in that exhausted, exasperated way, on this one. What I love: Heating and cooling all in one, no freezer mask, bone crushing danger minimal, eye ball danger minimal, temp plates are in an ideal place for cosmetic usage, full coverage massagers. What I am still missing that this doesn't provide: All over heating and cooling, a carry bag (not really a big deal), noise level still unusual for a relaxing system (but not too bad). Overall, I only took it down to 4 stars, because it was the best I could find for a reasonable price. It did the job...FINALLY!!

au top, je recommande , juste dommage que nous pouvons pas avoir le model auto sans vibration ou air bag chaud sans vibration c'est pour cette raison que j ai enlevé une etoile, car je ne suis pas fan des vibrations et ceci quelque soit le masque. Incroyable de voir le froid que peut faore ce masque meme avec une temperature exterieur de 30)°: pa contra attention et froid et e chaud son que sur les parties metaliques pas sur tout le masque. ceci est bien indiqué sur le site: aussi top le son est très bon et plus fort que mon autre masque d une autre marque
