Absolutely worth $79
I am very picky with my audio devices, but here's the review. 5/5 for price to quality, feels premium(enough) definitely more than the price of $79usd. Sound quality is good! Very tune-able with a on board equalizer that can be found in the Nothing App. The Nothing App is perfect, would not change a thing about it. quickly access any settings with the buds you want. Noise cancellation is ok, but good enough for the price. I just feel like its not as "cancelling" as I would want a headphone, but they get the job done. Pass-through is also ok, I would like it to be a bit more clear. But as stated, for $79 they work, and well. Wish they had wireless charging but its not the end of the world. Wore them on a plane ride that was 4 hours, battery was not a problem for me, even with noise cancelling (maybe I had to take them out for like 5-10 minutes at most to charge them up) but that's fine with me. I will say after about 3 hours, they did start feeling just a little uncomfortable. However, that happened to me even when I had Airpods and wore them for the same duration. Naturally I think there are things that can be fixed with these. But for the price, I'm not mad. And would buy them again if I needed to.

The Nothing Ear (a) is the MVP of my (Mac + Windows + Android) office
The Context: My 3-Screen Chaos As a freelancer, my workflow is a weird hybrid: I design and manage tasks on my MacBook, handle heavy lifting or gaming on my Windows PC, and my personal life runs on Android. For the longest time, audio was a headache. I was looking for a single pair of earbuds that could keep up with my pace without interruptions. This is where the Nothing Ear (a) changed the game. The "Glue" of My Ecosystem (Connectivity) What I value most is how ridiculously simple it is to rotate between my three worlds. The "Dual Connection" is the real deal. Real-world scenario: I’m zoned in editing on the Mac, and a call comes in on my phone (Android). The audio switches automatically, I take the call, hang up, and the music jumps right back to the Mac. Zero buttons, zero stress. The jump to Windows: When I switch over to the desktop PC, pairing is instant. Gone are the days of "disconnect here to connect there." They are my sole audio resource now, and they work as if they were native to every system. Battery for Marathon Workdays This is vital: the battery is endless. Being self-employed, I don't work 9-to-5; sometimes it's more like 12-hour shifts. These buds stick with me all day without begging for a charge. I’ve had days where I finish work, go to the gym, and they still have juice. The peace of mind of knowing they won't die on me in the middle of a meeting or a render is priceless. Sometimes I go days before needing to charge the case again. Audio Quality: The Truth About AAC I’m picky about audio, but I’m also practical. I know many people obsess over hi-res codecs (LDAC, etc.), but the reality is that even using the standard AAC codec (which plays nicest with Mac), the sound is excellent. The bass is deep without being muddy, and voices on video calls are crisp. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything; the sound engineering is so good it makes even standard formats shine. Verdict: The Smartest Buy of the Year To be honest, for the price, I doubt there is another pair of earbuds out there that offers a more complete experience. There are options from Sony or Apple that cost double or triple, but none have given me this perfect balance of design, beastly battery life, and such fluid integration between Windows, Mac, and Android. They aren't just "cool" earbuds; they are a serious work tool that won't break the bank.

Great for the price
This is a solid product. Great audio quality, Nothing's app with a less in depth EQ but still plenty of customization options. The feel is nice, the case is solid and looks sleek. They fit better in my ears than most but certainly not the best fit I've felt. The audio quality is unbeatable for the price, there are better earbuds out there but none that look as cool and sound as good. They're a solid entry level earbud and work very well in a daily setting.

Worth it for the price
I’ve been using the Ear (a) daily for music, calls, and commuting, and they’ve been great overall. The bass hits way harder than I expected without drowning out vocals, and everything still sounds clean. Noise cancellation is solid, it automatically adjusts and actually makes a difference when moving from indoors to busy streets. Call quality is noticeably better too; people can hear me clearly even when it’s windy outside. Battery life is a big win, especially with fast charging, I can get hours of use from a quick top-up. Low lag mode is clutch for gaming and watching videos with no annoying delay. Switching between my phone and laptop is seamless and works exactly how it should. The design feels lightweight but premium, and they’re comfortable for long sessions. Overall, these punch way above their price and feel like a legit upgrade from previous Nothing earbuds.

Fantastic wireless headphones at a great price
I have been a long time Airpods Pro user, specifically because I need the silicone ear tips to keep the buds in my ears. The included tips with these all fit snuggly in my weird ear canal. I wanted a pair of wireless headphones to use with my work computer but couldn’t justify another pair of airpods. I came across these and grabbed them on sale. I can’t believe how good these sound for the price. I am genuinely quite impressed with the audio quality, and the microphone works well enough that I use these for Teams/Slack calls now too. They seem to have great battery life and the Nothing app works well too. The volume gets loud enough that I’ve never maxed them out. The ANC works well enough but my Airpods Pro are definitely better. The translucent design and the yellow color is just another extra point in their favor. Really impressed with these after a couple months of use.

Outstanding Earbuds with Great Sound and Comfort — Worth to Get It!
Fantastic earbuds! I am looking for a new pair of earbuds, and the Nothing Ear (a) caught my eye. I’ve been using the Nothing Ear (a) earbuds for a while now, and I love them very much. The sound quality is amazing. Very crisp, crystal clear, and not oversaturated. The bass is very nice too. volume/music controls can be easily adjusted to use. The ANC function is awesome. It makes it feel like you are in your own world, once you are playing music or a video. The case and the earphones charge fast and the indicator light on the case is nice way to tell the charge level. The battery life is great for a working day. And the case charge lasts me an entire week or more. I have not had any negative impressions on battery life. The design is clean and stylish, and the transparent look gives them a nice modern vibe. I like foam ear tips. The standard tips are very comfortable. They fit comfortably and stay in place. It is worth having it.

Great sound. Great bass. Great Mic. Get ‘em.
These are really kick ass. Before them, I had the Jabra 10’s. For me, I was always disappointed with the volume and bass levels of the Jabra and the microphone was just absolute trash in windy conditions of ANY kind for phone calls or videos. All problems solved with the NOTHING EAR (A)’s. Out of the box, they’re gorgeous. The box is very cool and easy to understand. I wish they had wireless in the box charging, but alas, it’s fine. The sound is dynamite. And this is one of their entry level sets! The bass is thick and rich, the highs, wonderful. The sound cancelling is “good”. I live in NYC and so I measure noise cancellation by how headphones stack up against the NY Subway coming in and out of stations. They do a decent job. (At this point, the only true contender against the subway are noise ISOLATING headphones, which are the ones with thick foam ear buds that basically act as earplugs with headphones in them.) Anyway, these are great. Big fan. Get them.

Good but the battery life degraded too fast
Great pair of earbuds for the price. Exceptional sound, good noise cancelling, and the battery life was amazing for the first half a year. I'm about one year of using it and the battery life has gone down drastically. They only las about an hour until I have to put them on the case to charge, and sometimes after saying on the app that they are completely charges, some 15 minutes later they are already about to die. That's the main issue I've had with them. Also the noise cancelling is a little finicky because most of the time it does not block a lot of the noise as it does sometimes. you have to really push it in your ear for it to do the most noise cancelling and I used the bigger ear tips that fit the tightest. Honestly for 80$ I would have expected it to last at least a couple of years but only after half a year I have had to go back to wired earphones for work so I don't have to be charging the earbuds every hour.
