The formula is gentle, fragrance-free, and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling. It provides long-lasting hydration and noticeably calms dryness and irritation. After just a few days of use, my skin felt softer, smoother, and more comfortable throughout the day. I also appreciate that it doesn’t cause redness or breakouts, which is rare for me. This is an excellent choice for anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin looking for reliable, everyday moisture. Review: The only moisturiser that has truly helped my baby’s severe eczema - My 4-month-old daughter was diagnosed with severe eczema covering around 30–40% of her body. We tried so many products before this, multiple over-the-counter creams, emollients, and even prescription hydrocortisone and combination creams until it had become that infected on her back, neck and head she was on oral antibiotics. Nothing made a lasting difference, and her skin would constantly flare, become red, angry, flakey and even weep. Her eczema around the hairline was so severe she was scratching and rubbing until she pulled her hair out, leaving bald patches. It was heartbreaking to see. Our doctor recommended trying this La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+M Baby moisturiser, and honestly, it’s the first thing that has made a real improvement. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky layer, and seems to immediately soothe the irritation. Within days her skin looked calmer and more comfortable. It still gets red at times, but no longer becomes infected, cracked or weepy, which is a huge difference. Yes, it’s definitely on the expensive side, but when something actually works after months of trying everything, the price becomes worth it for your little one’s comfort and relief. If you have a baby with eczema-prone or extremely dry skin, especially if other products haven’t helped, I would highly recommend giving this a try.

Love this, has really worked for us
Yes I do cry for my pocket when it's time to buy this but it is amazing quality so I don't shed too many tears lol. My daughter had quite significant eczema and this really helped at the peak of it to lock in moisture and reduce the amount of steroid we needed. The pictures are before after using it 3 times a day for 24hrs. It really does work wonders. Her skin is back to normal now and this helps to maintain it. No flare ups for over 2 years.

Excellent cream for baby’s sensitive skin!
I love this moisturiser it’s very gentle and keeps my baby’s skin soft and smooth. It helps a lot with dryness and irritation, especially in cold weather. The texture is light, absorbs quickly, and has no strong smell. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality and results. Highly recommend!

If your skin is dry or suffering.. This is what you need!
Not to be dramatic but this cream saved my life. I was suffering from dermatitis for about 8 months and it was so persistent and wouldn't leave me alone. I started googling and La Roche-Posay kept coming up as recommended for skin conditions. I really tried to look elsewhere as the price is a LOT, but you can't put a price on your health and comfort. Within days my skin had turned around! I couldn't believe it. I swear by it & bought some for my mother because she kept stealing mine. It's smooth, moisturising, spreads well across the skin without being oily or too watery? A little bit also goes a long way, you don't need to smother yourself in it, which means it really is value for money. If you're suffering with dry skin or eczema or something - I really do recommend. Changed my life!

Very moisturing but can be greasy
Great during the winter, really moisturising. A little goes far. It can be difficult to push down the top. Will last for a long time. Doesn't really dry once absorbed, it's quite greasy. It is a hard cream and kind of melts with your body temperature to be easier to rub in. Amazing at reviving cracked dry skin. I apply a nice coat of it and in the morning the skin is soft and hydrated. The moisturised feeling lasts for a very long time. I haven't seen a huge difference when it's applied for scratching.
