Did a lot of research for a good sourcing in quality of the Cod Liver oil. It totally measured up. Been on it a couple months. No negative side effects. I've had good results from my Norway sourced fish oils. I'm cutting back to supplement the difference with the CLO. I'll look forward to my next bloodwork and will up date either a positive or negative result. But so far so good. BTW-I'm using this as part of the Root Cause Protocol program.

I take supplements every day and fish oil seems to be the one that is hard to take when pills are large. I like that these soft gels are smaller and easy to swallow. There is no fishy aftertaste or feeling, so that is a win.
