So I have compared collagen all over the place... this is great quality for less than most powders... not gonna lie...🤔 it's an acquired taste... not bad tho and the Citrus 🍊outshines the Berry🍓🫐.. mixed together not too shabby😋.... but I CRAVE this post workout 💪🏽

This stuff changed my life. I had my leg severely broke and needed a rod and screws in my leg. I always had knee pain and aches right before it rained. I started going to the gym and got in pretty good shape minus my legs because I always skipped leg day because of the pain. Ever since I started taking this I literally have no pain in my leg. I'm definitely not saying this is some kind of miracle cure but it definitely opened a door for me and subsided a relentless pain and allowing me to start doing leg day. Plus I feel like my beard is getting thicker lol.

I really wanted to like this cause it has a lot of protein and collagen so I’m sure the benefits are great, but unless I got a bad batch which I can’t even return or exchange, It taste like those really gross vitamins that smell bad and leave a nasty taste after popping them… but imagine chewing those up with a little nasty flavored syrup mixed in. The only reason it deserves a star is cause of the protein amount: I regret trying to find a cheaper version of the popular spoiled—child one that actually tastes decent enough for me to take.

I like this product I use to take this product but was not able to find it for a while now I am glad it was able to be found here on Amazon again. Not only is it good for collagen the amino helps with getting more protein. Have a shot daily with your lunch.

This is hard to get down. I got the orange flavor because other reviews said it was the better flavor. It is very sweet and not tasty at all. This tastes like really bad medicine thats over sweetened to help hide a horrible flavor. It does not come with a measuring cup. To be honest, this will probably end up in the trash, my older kids won’t even help with it.

I'm taking this for years. Everyone I've had try this in the morning before bike riding 60 miles. I asked them around noon how do they feel and they're not tired they're not worn down they said they feel very stable and fine every time I have somebody take this product three tablespoons before exercise I always get the same response I feel great; usually I'm tired by now but for some reason I'm not I know the reason :-) this is an excellent product I'll always take it if it's available.
