I purchased these lights almost 8 months ago and came across an issue with a couple of them. I reached out to the seller and received the best customer support you could receive even eight months after the sale of the initial product. They had no problem offering and replacing the lights in which I was having an issue with.. I wish all companies and or sales representatives would treat their customers with as much respect as this company has as for the lights. They are very bright and last throughout the whole night and have easily install installation. Also, my original shipment came very quickly would highly recommend this company and this product to anybody five stars all the way around.p

I love the lights the best ones I have found for our above ground pool and the after sale customer service is great our remote stopped working and I sent a email and they responded back with in a day and thru emails they are sending me a new set of lights

Received the items and next day stopped working seller send me replacements 3 weeks not out yet replacements stopped working again it is just ridiculous waste of money

The media could not be loaded. So far I’m quite happy with these lights! They self charge quite well and work as promised! I tried a work-around for the one complaint I’ve seen people mention- I used some of the water-proof glue around the solar panel cover (kind of like caulk), so hopefully water won’t seep in to the solar panel and cause issues. It was a tad tricky getting the solar part properly attached to the pool , but that might have just been me! The under water part stuck on and stayed with no issues! All in all I really like how they’re working and I’d recommend them.

I was very resistant to the idea of solar lights for my in-ground pool. Something about the wires, and how it would look and... well, you know. So I bought one of the other brands, non solar. It was a pain having to take it out and recharge it every couple of days. So, I did what I should have done: just do what she says, she's always right. I have a 16X30 pool. Two of these didn't provide much light, so I bought four more. Now, I can't say it's bright, but it is a nice subtle lighting that works perfectly. They stay on all night. (Or you can set them to turn off after 2, 4 or 6 hours.) SO: the wires and chargers and how they look? Well, for me, they are hidden behind a landscaping wall, so I don't see them unless I'm outside working on cleaning out the leaves. So, that's not been a problem.

Everything worked great with easy installation until water got into one of the lights less than 60 days in and now only the red light works on one light. Not great quality overall.

I love the colors, I put it in my large bird bath outside. It's magnetic so it fits under a piece of fiberglass hanging down inside the birdbath. It's solar power works great, it lights up every night like it's supposed to. The only thing I dont much like is the blue bulkiness of the solar light, I have to prop it up on the side of the Birdbath. It shows from the road. All in all it's been great so far. Note: one thing I did do is I used a waterproof adhesive around the actual light where the seems and cord are so that it had an extra added protection from water getting into it and shorting it out. I noticed the other day that my adhesive is not as good as what it said and it is coming off under the water, I'm just going to add some more adhesive to it. I do believe it does help. So if you purchase a under water light I think it's best to add some sort of waterproof adhesive to it so you have that extra protection from water getting into it. Very easy to install and battery life is good.

Something has happened to the se lights recently. I had a set of 4 last year and they lasted the entire swim season. This year, we have only opened the pool (still waiting for the water to warm to swim temp) and have gone through 3 sets! First the magnetic receiver from last year didn’t work on this year’s order; had to glue a second spot. Then lights wouldn’t sync, one light lasted only two days before it stopped responding to the remote, one light only flashes red, and one light won’t turn on. I have ordered ten lights for a set of six lights around my pool. I just went outside and only 3 are working! I have spent enough money on these subpar lights and refuse to spend any more. The quality seems to have really gone down!
