Fragile juicer, Awful with warranty claims, Great if you're careful with it
Broke on my second time using it. Followed the instructions on juicing ginger, to cut pieces into 1-inch pieces. The motor tore itself from its housing after getting stuck on a piece of ginger. I put in a warranty claim and was told that my 1-inch pieces should've been cut into 4-6 smaller pieces. Well if that's the case it should be in the instructions then. Still, they accepted my warranty claim which means I had to send my now-broken machine all the way to them for them to "inspect" and "repair". I was told 7-14 business day. If this weren't already an egregiously long enough time already, it's been 17 business days and I still have not received an update, instead given an excuse that "their case load is higher than usual". They've now had my machine for double the number of calendar days than I had it before it broke. This would've been zero stars if it weren't for the kind customer rep that waived the cost to ship my machine in only after I reminded her I followed the instructions and only used the machine twice. But bear that in mind, that their warranty policy states that the cost to ship a broken machine in is the responsibility of the customer. Ridiculous.

Tribest
First time I bought a product from Tribest! I been waiting for it to go on sale because I’m on a budget like most - I find this machine true to what it says and if your traveling , it’s easy to pack into suitcase or what have you , it’s not big and bulky - it works wonderful!! it’s not a loud machine and it’s very easy to clean and can be tucked away on your kitchen counter , just make sure you check the little screw with square fitting underneath that goes on the blade to tighten - if it does come loose while juicing , maybe not all do - but mine did , I just added a drop or two of lock lube on the screw and let it dry completely!! Then wash and scrub it well afterwards- it keeps the little screw in place and could explain was a previous return on Amazon and great deal over a small issue- The juicer truly does a great job and the juice comes out very delicious when I do cucumbers , apples ..it’s Easy to clean and make sure you hand wash all parts in dish soap ( no vinegar) or dishwasher it may eat up the little screws but it comes with a little brush, I make sure it’s very sanitized and dry it completely before putting it all together stored away on my kitchen counter Tip: open the lids to put together to lock each unit together then close top and bottom spoutI Hope this helps!

Small, powerful, has lots of potential, but just too hard to clean
I was really excited about this cold press juicer. I thought the small footprint would make up for the fact that I really don't need one more gadget in my kitchen. I thought the strong motor would make it easy for me to make cold press juices regularly.I thought correctly — but then this arrived and I realized it is a pain to disassemble and clean every time. If you're willing to put in the effort, then this is definitely the unit for you. It's great! Just not for me and my family.

Good juice but 2 unfortunate flaws
It's not bad, but hard to believe it's worth almost twice the price of many similar-looking options. Very easy to use, just fill up the upper container area to get going and then drop in cut up ingredients through the large hole at the top as you go. Except for 2 issues it would be great. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong but...1. Even with 1/2" only chunks of celery, the short pulp ejector gets clogged up and is very hard to clean. It doesn't stop the juice making, but it's unclear how you're even supposed to get the pieces out afterward. The outer opening is small, and the inner opening is a small slit that you have to put a rubber stopper in and out of when using. You can't really spray water or even get a brush in there. We end up having to stick a knife through the inner slit to push things forward and then attempt to dig it out from the front. If we're missing something obvious, I don't know what it is...2. The unit is easy to put together and generally easy to take apart. The 4 pieces snap onto the base quickly. However, after use, the top pieces can get a little wedged onto the base. The instructions say to grasp and wiggle it back and forth to get it off. This eventually works, BUT the smooth round base and top provide nothing to grip or hold onto, making it very awkward to stabilize the base while you rock the top off.In short, we use it every day and are generally pleased with it. It's small and fits well on the counter under the cabinets. It's fairly sturdy and the juice is good. With the ejector cleaning problem and the awkward disassembly, it only get 3 stars. Another suggestion that some other units have is rather than a round pulp catcher that can miss the pulp coming out if it gets bumped a little since it's a round cup next to a round unit, is to make the pulp catcher a concave shape that can be pushed up flush against the round unit. It makes sense for the juice catcher cup to be round (since you can drink out of it), but no reason for a round pulp catcher.

impossible to clean, ridiculous design flaw
ugh. i was so hoping to love this juicer because of an article i read comparing it to a very fancy one but i have to return it.it might work for someone who only does apples or carrots but i wanted one that could handle a lot of ginger and celery.basically the flaw is that there is an auger that fits on the turning rod itself - so the underside of the cap becomes packed with all the masticated produce. there is simply no way to remove that packed-in junk that finds its way to every crevice of the underside of the running mechanism. this is not operator error as i followed the manual set-up (which is very nice btw) it's just that taking it apart is a total headache. it's just terribly designed in this regard, and i'm sure that the tasters who date it highly don't have to clean up their own messes in the kitchen. it's too bad too, as the juice was really tasty. but i need something that doesn't just look simple - actually IS simple.
