5’6”, 155lbs, Waist 30”, Hips 39”, I ordered a Large. These are your classic biker shorts with padding and it helps that it slims slightly. I made the mistake of going on the wonder weight loss shot without working out. So now I’m all flab with no a$$. This will give me the confidence to wear pants again while I take time to start lifting weights. There was adjusting to do, the butt pads have writing on it telling you “left,right” and which part goes “down”. The hip pads have no writing on it so I just adjusted to what looked the best. Each pad placement has its own pocket. Where the hip pad meets the butt pad I noticed they bunch up if not placed correctly. So make sure everything is properly adjusted before leaving out and after you use the bathroom. It does feel like foam because it is! If someone smacks your butt it will have a foamy thud sound. So make sure no one touches you unless you want them to know your secret. I probably won’t use the hip pads because I think it dramatizes the entire look, but I’m not entirely sure I’ll see how it goes. I mainly want this for jeans, leggings, cargo & yoga pants. Under a thin tight dress it might be visible so keep that in mind these aren’t seamless biker shorts. They look great on and don’t over pinch the thighs. They are very comfortable/stretchy and adds functionality to my wardrobe.

ordered another pair of butt lifters, but with hip pads on the sides this time. These pads are bigger than somebody who is a size small and they came all wrinkled and bent over & dimple again even worse this time. Barely any padding. Sealed in a package like food. I don’t know anyone who would wear this under their clothes out in public. So disappointing. Terrible packaging. The extra pads don’t correspond to the size of person would be in that size.

This is by far the BEST butt lifter I ever purchased PERIOD! Outstanding quality and SUPER comfortable. Wore it for 8+hours with no issues. Love that it enhances my curves/shape. No lines shown and no extra lace at the bottom which I can appreciate. My only small complaint is that it should had came with instructions for the padding inserts but I was able to figure it out. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing more.

This shapewear gives me a fantastic shape! I wouldn't have bought one with hip pads, but it looks really natural. I'm super flat back there, and I can wear these without worrying that my friends will know I'm wearing them. I did knock off one star because the top of the short rolls down, which is really annoying, but they're comfortable to stand in and don't cut into my thighs at all.

Left is without and right is with the shapewear. No matter how much I go to the gym, I just don’t have the hips. I got a size small in the shorts version. I was worried when it arrived because it seemed very small. But it’s surprisingly very stretchy and does not cut into my waist or thighs. I haven’t actually worn it out yet but can definitely say it’s comfortable and makes a big difference. Personally, I think it’s overpriced but it’s good so I can’t really complain. The pads are quite thick, and the material is thick, BUT very stretchy.

These items are crafted with quality materials and attention to detail, but I found them to be a bit too bulky for my personal taste. However, if you’re aiming for a distinctive style that makes a statement, they could be an excellent option for you.
