Completely Dry - Useless !
Sorry, this is very misleading.....I was under the impression it was refillable. No, it isn't. It has two spare tips to replace the used one.Unfortunately my were all dried out and completely useless. I tried to return it as per instructions and the postman never turned up.I have now given up and thrown it away !!! No I do not recommend this at all. 😡😡
